and a locking pin integrated with the operation knob that is always urged in the protruding direction by a leaf spring, and a plurality of locking stages in which the tip of the locking pin can be inserted into and removed from the rail member along its longitudinal direction. A hole is drilled therein, and the slide anchor can be moved up and down freely by pulling and pulling the operating knob as necessary and pulling out the locking pin integrated with the locking pin from the locking hole of the rail member. Its height can be adjusted with a simple operation. (for example,
(Refer to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-929) As described above, in the conventional seat belt anchor device in which the slide anchor is positioned by inserting the locking pin into the locking hole of the rail member, the locking pin is inserted into the locking hole. In addition to the method of pulling the operating knob as described above, the release operation method has been put into practical use by locking both ends of a leaf spring, etc. to the guide rail, and pulling out the locking pin in the same direction as the pressing direction by operating the spring. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional operation method as described above, when a large impact load is applied to the seatbelt in an emergency such as a vehicle collision, the load on the seatbelt is The focus is on the locking pin that connects the rail member and the slide anchor, and the locking pin is pulled out of the locking hole due to deflection of the rail member itself or deformation of the attachment part of the locking pin to the slide anchor, and the slide anchor and slip Not only is there a risk of the anchor suddenly moving downward and loosening the seatbelt, but it also has to be pulled out each time it is operated, resulting in a lack of operability. The same goes for pulling out the locking pin; in this case as well, the problem in an emergency situation is not solved. Moreover, since the locking pin is pulled out in the same direction as the pressing direction, the pressing force directly becomes the pulling force, making it relatively Great operating power was required.

The slide anchor has a locking pin that can be freely inserted into and removed from the locking hole of the rail member and that is always biased by a spring in the locking hole insertion direction. In a seat belt anchor device that is attached to slide, the pressing direction of the operating member that operates the insertion/removal of the locking pin and the insertion/removal direction of the locking pin are basically perpendicular to each other. The disengagement means of the slide anchor that pulls out and moves the locking pin from the locking hole of the rail member against the spring bias has a pressing part formed on the side surface, and at least one side of the operating member is swingable by pressing. An external device is provided, and an ejection mechanism is provided between the operating member locking pins so that the locking pins can be moved in a direction perpendicular to the pressing direction by pressing the operating member against a biasing spring. be.

The seat belt anchor device of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and its operation will be explained next. First, when the seat belt is worn normally, the height of the slip anchor 13 is adjusted to match the physique of the occupant. When moving the slide anchor 9 up and down, press the pressing part 24a of the operating member 24 and remove the locking pin 17 from the locking hole 2 of the rail member 1, and the slide anchor 9 will be moved to the rail member 1. The slide anchor 9 is moved to the desired position and the operating member 2 is moved.
When the pressing part 24a of 4 is released, the locking pin 1
7 is automatically fitted into the locking hole 2 by the biasing force of the biasing spring 20 to position the slide anchor 9 and hold the slip anchor 13 at a predetermined height.

At this time, the resin material 28 in the above embodiment provided on the locking pin 17 is not deformed at all by the stress during normal use of the seat belt B, and the engaging stepped portion 27 of the locking pin 17 is locked. The locking pin 1 is prevented from engaging with the opening periphery 8 of the hole 2.
This facilitates the fitting and dismounting operation of the locking pin 17, and also alleviates the collision between the outer surface of the locking pin 17 and the inner surface of the locking hole 2, thereby preventing the occurrence of abnormal noise due to vibrations when the vehicle is running.

In addition, when the slide anchor 9 is fixed as described above, if an impact load of more than a predetermined value is applied to the seat belt B due to a vehicle collision, etc., in general, a load of 200 kg to 3 tons is applied via the slip anchor 13 and the slide anchor 9. A load is applied to the locking pin 17 in the direction perpendicular to the axis, and the resin material 28 is pushed and deformed by the inner surface of the locking hole 2, and the locking step 27 of the locking pin 17 is pushed against the opening periphery 8 of the locking hole 2. This prevents the locking pin 17 from slipping out from the locking hole 2, greatly increasing the connection strength between the two, and preventing the slide anchor 9 from slipping down.
The state in which the occupant is restrained by the seat belt B is appropriately maintained.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the device of the present invention is of a type in which the operating member is pressed from the side, and the locking pin is moved in a direction perpendicular to the pressing direction by the pressing. Unlike the conventional pull-out operation or pull-out in the pressing direction by spring pressure, the locking pin can be removed by simply pressing the side, and the seat belt anchor position can be adjusted to the appropriate position according to the body physique etc. can be moved to position,
The operability is extremely good, and since the pressing direction and the movement direction for removing and removing the locking pin are directions perpendicular to each other, the use of pressing force is effective, and the locking pin can be removed and removed with relatively little force. In addition, when installing the device of the present invention in the vehicle body,
It is easy to select the mounting location, and has much superior practical effects compared to conventional devices.

Furthermore, by providing a resin material on the portion where the cross section of the locking pin is small, this reduces the collision between the locking pin and the locking hole, thereby facilitating the insertion and removal operation between the locking pin and the locking hole. Even when the opening area of the locking hole is increased, it can be expected to have the effect of preventing the generation of abnormal noise due to rattling of the locking pin due to vibrations when the vehicle is running.
