(b) Prior Art FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of a general refrigerator 1 that uses this type of insulation box. Reference numerals 2 and 2 are doors that close the front opening of the storage chamber, which will be described later, and 3 is a machine room on the side of the storage chamber in which a cooling device for a refrigeration cycle is housed. A top plate 4 provided on the top of the refrigerator 1 is used as a workbench for food processing, etc., and has an opening 5 communicating with a storage room. A cold container 6 is inserted as shown by the arrow in the figure so as to close this opening 5, and the container 6 receives a cooling effect from the cold air in the storage chamber from its bottom surface. Foodstuffs are stored in the container 6 and used for convenience of work.

(c) Problems to be Solved by the Invention FIG. 5 shows a main part of a top sectional view of a conventional heat insulating box 100 used in the refrigerator 1 as shown in FIG. The heat insulating box 100 consists of an outer box 7 made of a steel plate, an inner box 8 and a connector 101 made of synthetic resin, and a heat insulating material 9 such as polyurethane foam filled in the space formed by these. Openings 10 and 1 are provided in the outer box 7 and inner box 8 at positions corresponding to the opening 5 of the top plate 4.
1 are formed respectively. At the ends of the connector 101 on the outer box 7 and inner box 8 sides, outward flanges 113 and 114 projecting outward are formed, respectively, and the overall cross section is approximately U-shaped. This outward flange 113 is brought into contact with the outer box 7 at the periphery of the opening 10, and the outward flange 114 is brought into contact with the inner box 8 at the periphery of the opening 11 from the outside, and the screws 15, 1 are respectively attached.
After fixing at 6, the heat insulating material 9 is filled to complete the heat insulating box 100, and an opening 17 corresponding to the opening 5 of the top plate 4 is formed in the upper part.

Here, since the inner box 8 is a thin plate of synthetic resin,
The threading force of the screw 16 is weak, so a nut plate 115 is provided on the inner box 8 insulation material 9 side opposite the outward flange 114, and the screw 16 passes through the inner box 8 and is threaded into this nut plate 115. It is configured to do this. At this time, the nut plate 115 must be attached in advance to the surface of the inner box 8 on the heat insulating material 9 side with adhesive or tape, and on the other hand, the direction in which the screws 16 are inserted is the direction in which the nut plate 115 is peeled off from the inner box 8. Therefore, when screwing the screw 16, the nut plate 115
This had the inconvenience of moving or floating, resulting in poor workability.

(d) Means for solving the problem In order to solve the problem, the present invention connects the opening 10 of the outer box 7 made of steel plate and the opening 11 of the inner box 8 made of synthetic resin with a connector 23. and a heat insulating box body 2 in which a heat insulating material 9 is foamed and filled in the space surrounded by them.
0, the connector 23 includes an outward flange 33 and an inner flange 38 that protrude outward at a predetermined distance from an end on the inner box side, and the inner flange 38 and the outward flange 33 In between the inner box 8
The edges of the opening 11 of the outward flange 3 are inserted into and engaged with each other.
3. Fasten the inner box 8 and the inner flange 38 together with a fixing device 16 such as a screw, and then tighten the inner flange 3
8 is pressed against the inner box 8.

(f) Embodiment An embodiment of the present application will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
Moreover, the object to which this invention is applied is the refrigerator 1 shown in FIG. 4, and the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 4 and 5 are the same. FIG. 3 shows a sectional view of the heat insulating box 20 of the present application, and FIG. 2 shows an exploded perspective view of the heat insulating material 9 before foaming. An outer box 7 made of steel plate that opens to the front houses an inner box 8 made of synthetic resin that also opens to the front, and the front opening edges of each are connected via a band-shaped sealing material 21 made of foamed polyethylene or the like. will be combined. Rectangular openings 10 and 11 are bored in the top surfaces of the outer box 7 and the inner box 8, respectively, in correspondence with the opening 5 of the top panel 4, and the space between these openings 10 and 11 is filled with the synthetic resin material of the present invention. The space surrounded by the outer box 7, inner box 8, and connector 23 is filled with a heat insulating material 9 such as polyurethane foam using a foaming method. As a result, the interior becomes a storage chamber 24, which is opened to the front and has an opening 1 on the top surface.
The heat insulating box body 20 having 7 is now completed.

The connector 23 has front, rear, left and right side members 26, 27, 28, 29 formed by extrusion molding of synthetic resin. After affixing a sealing material 30 such as moltoprene to each of the four corners of the openings 10 and 11 in advance, the openings 10 and 11 are attached to each side of each opening 10 and 11.
The openings 10, 11 are connected by fixing the members 26, 27, 28, 29 to the outer box 7 and the inner box 8 with screws 15, 16 over the space between them.

FIG. 1 shows an enlarged view of the circle A in FIG. 3 before the heat insulating material 9 is foamed. Each side member 26 of the connecting tool 23,
Outward flanges 32 and 33 projecting outward are formed at the ends of the outer box 7 and inner box 8 sides of the casings 27, 28, and 29, respectively, and the overall cross section has a substantially U-shape. At the periphery of the opening 10 of the outer box 7, a stepped portion 35 that dips toward the inner box 8 side and a downward flange 36 that continuously extends toward the inner box 8 side are formed in advance. The flanges 32 are aligned from the outside and fixed with screws 15. At this time, the drop dimension (L 1 ) of the stepped portion 35 is the outer flange 3
2 and screws 15 so that they do not hit the top plate 4. Also, the downward flange 3
6 is in contact with the outer surface of the connector 23 to prevent foaming leakage of the heat insulating material 9.

Next, an inner flange 38 is formed on the outer box 7 side of the outward flange 33 of the connector 23 and extends parallel to the flange 33 with a gap (L 2 ) therebetween. This inner flange 38 has a bent portion 39 at its tip that is slightly bent toward the inner box 8 side, and a base 40
is made thin and has a predetermined elasticity. After inserting and engaging the edge of the opening 11 of the inner box 8 between the inner flange 38 and the outer flange 33, the outer flange 33, the inner box 8, and the inner flange 3 are connected with the screws 16.
Tighten 8 together. At this time, the inner flange 38 is bent in the direction of narrowing the distance (L 2 ) around the base 40 due to the screw engagement of the screw 16, so that the tip of the bent portion 39 is pressed against the outer surface of the inner box 8. Foaming leakage of the heat insulating material 9 is prevented.

(G) Effects of the invention According to the invention, when fixing the connecting tool and the synthetic resin inner box with the fixing tool, there is no need for a conventional nut plate, etc., so the positioning and installation work can be simplified. In addition to reducing the work process by reducing
Since inconveniences such as misalignment of the nut plate are also eliminated, work efficiency can be significantly improved. In addition, the inner flange and the outer flange have a sealing effect against leakage of the insulation foam, so that the sealing between the inner box and the connector can be simplified, which has great practical effects.
