Electrical wires wired to such precision equipment generally have a coaxial structure with an external shield in order to avoid malfunctions and crosstalk caused by external noise. In high-density mounting as described above, as shown in FIG.
The usual method is to connect the shields of the respective coaxial shielded electric wires 1, 1 to a ground wire and ground them all together.

However, if the installation space is limited due to restrictions on the structure of the equipment, the above method of connecting the ground wire all at once may not be applicable;
If the shield wire was extremely thin, there was a risk of the wire breaking when an external force was applied to the inner core.

Therefore, if there is a possibility that the shield wire may break, as shown in Figure 2,
The shield wire 3,
The method used has been to attach one of the three wires and solder them together.

In addition, in Fig. 2, 1 is an electric wire with a shield wire,

However, as shown in FIG. 2, it takes a huge amount of time to wrap the shield wires 3, 3 around the ground bar 6, and the ground bar 6 has a certain amount of mechanical resistance against external forces. Since it is necessary to maintain high strength, the diameter must also be thick, and a large heat capacity is required when soldering the shield wire at the end, and this heat There was a considerable risk that the insulation of the inner core would melt and cause short circuits or poor withstand voltage.

Furthermore, when the shield wires 3, 3 are tied to the ground bar 6 as described above, care is taken to make the lengths of the internal parts 2, 2 uniform in advance so that the finished appearance is orderly. While carrying out the karage work, due to unbalanced tension during the work, the core lengths that were supposed to be aligned inevitably become uneven, and some cores are subjected to too much tension and break, or There were also drawbacks such as some loosening and intersecting adjacent cores, worsening crosstalk characteristics.

On the other hand, there is a method in which a shielded wire is tied to the ground bar and then a crimp terminal is crimped and fixed to the tip of the shielded wire instead of soldering, and then inserted into the housing of the multi-pole connector.
It is difficult to match the pitch between adjacent poles of the housing with the pitch between the shielded wires connected to the ground bar, which not only worsens the appearance but also causes undesirable results such as worsening of crosstalk, which we have already seen. There was a tendency to create.

FIG. 8 shows the arrangement of the fixed support 8 with respect to the exposed core 2 of the electric wire and the ground wire 9a of the grounding piece that extends outside by storing and fixing the terminal on the fixed base 5 as described above. As already explained in FIG. 3, the fixed support 8 is provided with notches 8a and 8b corresponding to the storage recesses 5a of the fixed base 5, so that the fixed support 8 is arranged so that each core 2 is arranged in two rows. In the separated state, the ground wire 9a is inserted into the notch 8a so as to pass in a straight line, and the exposed core 2 is inserted into the notch 8b so as to pass through the notch 8b in a straight line.

The fixed support 8 into which the ground wire 9a and the plurality of cores 2, 2 have been inserted as described above is placed on the end surface of the insulator (9b in FIG. 4) provided on the ground wire 9a with a predetermined length A. Then, it will be placed opposite to the fixed base 5 at a predetermined distance, that is, at a position separated by the length A of the insulator. Since each core 2 has an exposed length B that is slightly longer than the length A of the insulator, when the parting edge of the shield wire 3 is adjacent to the surface portion of the fixed support 8, a slight slack is provided.

Connect the ground wire 9a and each core 2, 2 as described above.
As shown in FIG. 9, a copper tape with an adhesive layer 10, which serves as a conductive tape, is wrapped around and fixed to the fixed support 8, which serves as a conductive tape, on the side surface including the notches 8a and 8b. The end portion is folded back to the outside of the copper tape 10 to make electrical contact. This causes the fixed support 8 to connect to the ground wire 9a.
It is held in place without falling off.
Furthermore, although the shield wires 3, 3 are bent above the fixed support 8 in this figure, they are also placed so as to be in contact with the outside of the copper tape 10.

FIG. 10 shows a state in which the soldering has been completed as described above, and the external appearance has been trimmed by cutting off the excess portions of the ground wire 9a and each of the shield wires 3, 3. By soldering as described above,
The fixed support 8 is supported by the ground piece 9 and positioned and fixed, and each core 2 is fixed to the fixed support 8 and the fixed base 5 with a predetermined slack between them. Aligned and routed.

As detailed above, according to the method for fixing shielded wires and the fixing member according to the present invention, each of the exposed and separated shielded wires of a plurality of shielded wires is wrapped with a conductive tape around a fixed support. Since the heat capacity during soldering can be reduced, soldering can be completed in a short time, and there is little heat effect on the internal core.
Problems such as poor withstand voltage and short circuits can be resolved.

The terminal provided at the tip of the exposed core of the shielded electric wire is stored and fixed in the storage recess of the fixing base, and the grounding piece extending from the terminal stored and fixed in the storage recess of the fixed base is grounded. Extending exposed cores with a predetermined slack are inserted into the notches of the fixed support placed at regular intervals through the wires, and the exposed and separated shield wires are inserted into conductive cores wrapped around the fixed support. The exposed core (rising part) is fixed by soldering to the tape, so even if the shield wire is bent, the exposed core remains approximately straight with a certain amount of slack between the fixing base and the fixed support. It can be extended close to
Since no extreme bending or tension is applied to the bare core, the stress applied to the core itself is minimal, preventing wire breakage. In addition, the multiple exposed cores are arranged at equal intervals without excessive loosening, and the shield wire The deterioration of crosstalk characteristics required for this purpose is reliably suppressed.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A fixed base having a large number of storage recesses and a fixed support having a large number of notches corresponding to each of the storage recesses of the fixed base. Store and fix the terminal of the grounding piece in a selected part of the storage recess, insert the extended end of the grounding wire of the grounding piece into a part of the notch of the fixed support, and attach the fixed support to the fixed base. At the same time, the terminals of each core of a plurality of shielded electric wires are housed and fixed in the storage recesses left in the fixing base, and each exposed core is placed in a fixed support with some slack. Insert it into the remaining notch, wrap a conductive tape around the fixed support and fix it, and solder the extended end of the ground wire and the exposed and separated shield wire of the shielded wire to this conductive tape. A method for fixing a shielded electric wire. 2. A fixing base with a large number of storage recesses for storing and fixing the terminals of the grounding piece and the terminals of each core of multiple shielded wires, and a fixing base that corresponds to the storage recess of the fixing base and A fixed support with many notches for inserting the exposed core of the ground wire and the shielded wire, and a fixed support that is wrapped around the fixed support to separate the extended end of the ground wire and the exposed core of the shielded wire. A member for fixing electric wires with shielded wires, comprising a conductive tape for collectively soldering the shielded wires.
