Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable resetting the opening of a plurality of expansion valve in succession without stopping the compressor so as to secure the operational capacity for cooling or heating. CONSTITUTION:Expansion valves 3a, 3b, 3c are provided in parallel between an indoor unit 1 and an outdoor unit 7. After the operation for a predetermined period of time the first expansion valve 3a is shut off and the opening is reset. During this resetting of the opening the second expansion valve 3b is controlled as a valve for the resetting of valve opening and subsequently shut off. After a predetermined period of time of operation the opening of the second expansion valve 3b is reset, whereas the first expansion valve 3a is used for the resetting. Each of the expansion valves is reset in respect of the valve opening in succession.

台の室内ユニットのそれぞれの棒脹弁のうち1台又は何
台かを全閉して初期設定を行い、時間をずらせて所定の
開度に制御する構成が開示されているが、いずれも1台
の室内ユニットに複数の膨脹弁を備えてなく、またその
制御についても記載がない。
