Abstract

PURPOSE:To repair the floor face without carrying out objects in a building by boring a small hole at a proper position on the distorted floor face, and pressing ready mixed concrete between the floor face and the ground surface through the small hole. CONSTITUTION:When a gap is generated between the floor face 3 of a building and the ground surface due to the ground settlement and the floor face 3 is distorted, a small hole 5 is bored at a proper position on the floor face 3, and a pressure container 6 with a feed hole 61 communicated to the small hole 5 is installed on it. Ready mixed concrete 7 is filled in the pressure container 6, and the high-pressure air is fed to press the ready mixed concrete 7 between the floor face 3 and the ground surface via the feed hole 61 and the small hole 5. The floor face 3 is lifted upward by the pressed-in ready mixed concrete 7 to correct the distortion of the floor face 3, and the ready mixed concrete 7 is made the support member of the floor face 3 as it is after it is solidified.

2. Description of the Related Art When constructing factories, warehouses, etc., the building 1 should be considered in consideration of the ground condition.
The building 1 is constructed by placing appropriate piles 2 to prevent the inclination and subsidence of the building, but the floor 3 is made of reinforced concrete directly on the ground surface for installing machine tools and the like ( (See FIG. 3: a). However, in areas where ground subsidence is severe, the building 1 maintains a predetermined state with the piles 2,
The ground immediately below the floor surface 3 sinks, and a void 4 is formed below the floor surface 3 (see FIG. 3: B). For this reason, the floor surface 3 is distorted, which is inconvenient for the installed machine tool, and repair is required.

The conventional repairing means has been to rebuild the floor by removing the machinery installed in the factory or carrying out the products stored in the warehouse. For this reason, the factory or warehouse is forced to be closed until the floor surface is repaired (the solidification period of the concrete due to reconstruction). Therefore, the present invention repairs the floor surface by using the machinery in the factory as the same. It is a proposed method.

A method for repairing a building according to the present invention is such that, when a gap is generated between a floor surface of a building and a ground surface, a small hole is bored at an appropriate place on the floor surface, It is characterized in that fresh concrete is press-fitted through the small holes between the floor surface and the ground surface.

[Function] When fresh concrete is press-fitted into the gap below the floor from the small holes drilled in the floor surface, the raw concrete press-fitted becomes columnar due to its own viscosity and does not spread so much, and around the press-fitted part (small hole part) Raises the floor surface of the above, and the distortion of the floor surface is corrected. Furthermore, the fresh concrete that has been press-fitted solidifies as it is, and thus becomes a support member for the floor surface.

EXAMPLES Next, examples of the present invention will be described. As shown in Fig. 3 (a), factories, warehouses, etc., construct the building 1 by placing appropriate piles 2 so that the building 1 does not incline and sink, and the floor 3 is equipped with machine tools and the like. Therefore, it is made of reinforced concrete directly on the ground surface. However, in areas where ground subsidence is severe, the ground subsides tens of centimeters within a few years after construction. When ground subsidence occurs, Fig. 3
As shown in (b), the building 1 portion of the building is maintained in a predetermined state by the piles 2, but a void 4 is formed below the floor surface 3.

Therefore, a small hole 5 is formed in a portion of the floor surface 3 where floor support is required, and a pressure vessel 6 having a supply hole 61 communicating with the small hole 5 is installed above the small hole 5. Pressure vessel 6
When ready-mixed concrete 7 is filled in the inside and high pressure air from a compressor (not shown) is further supplied to the pressure vessel 5,
Fresh concrete 7 is press-fitted into the void 4 in the underfloor portion through the supply hole 61 and the small hole 5. The ready-mixed concrete 7 that has been press-fitted has a columnar mass without spreading due to its own viscosity,
Moreover, the floor surface 3 around the press-fitted portion (small hole 6 portion) is lifted upward to correct the distortion of the floor surface 3. Further, the fresh concrete 7 that has been press-fitted is solidified as it is or as it is slightly lowered, so that it becomes the support member 7a of the floor surface 3 after solidification.

Therefore, the floor surface can be repaired without carrying out all the machines installed in the factory and the products stored in the warehouse to the outside. The present invention is only required to press-fit fresh concrete from the surface side of the floor surface, and concrete means such as punching small holes and press-fitting concrete such as a pressure vessel may be arbitrarily determined.

As described above, according to the present invention, when a subsidence occurs between the floor surface of a building and the ground surface due to ground subsidence and the floor surface is distorted, small holes are bored at appropriate places on the floor surface to Press the fresh concrete from the small holes between the surface and the ground surface, correct the floor surface distortion by pressing the floor surface upward with the press-fitted fresh concrete, and also press-fit the fresh concrete as it is on the floor surface. With a repair method that uses a support member, without having to carry out all the machinery installed in the factory and the products stored in the warehouse to the outside,
It is now possible to repair the floor surface while the factory is still operating.
