(c) Problems to be solved by the invention In such a conventional example, the double-sided fan 17 and the rotating groove group 2
2 are integrally molded from resin. Therefore, the shrinkage after molding gradually progresses from the time of molding shown in Figure 3 A, and the mold tilts by Δt as shown in Figure 3 B, and when rotating, it comes into contact with the fixed groove group due to a slight rotational vibration. There is. It is also affected by heating during operation.

Note that this slope (Δt) is, as shown in Figure 4,
This problem can be solved by integrally molding the ribs 22' that protrude outward. However, this has the drawbacks of increasing the depth and impairing the flow of cooling air (external air).

(d) Means for Solving the Problems The solution according to the present invention is to shorten the protruding length of the ribs of the rotating groove group and/or the ribs of the stationary groove group away from the rotation center of the double-sided fan. .

(e) Effect When the rotating groove group gradually tilts after molding and is almost solidified, the further away from the center of rotation it is, the deeper it will fit (loosely fit) into the fixed groove group. Also, make sure that the fit is not too deep.

A double-sided fan 17 is disposed in the drying air passage 25 stopped by the support plate 9, and a partition plate 28 partitions the outer circumference of the double-sided fan 17 to form a cooling air passage 31 between it and the rear plate 3.

In this way, even if the rotary groove group 22 tilts inward due to contraction after molding, the ribs 32, 33, and 34 will almost never come into contact with the bottom surface of the fixed groove group 30.

If the ribs constituting the groove groups 22 and 30 were shortened across the entire groove group, the sealing effect would be insufficient, but by making the ribs shorter as they move away from the center of rotation, the sealing effect can be ensured.

Incidentally, although the fixing groove group 30 of the partition plate 28 is originally inclined due to contraction, the partition plate 28 is different from the fan 17 in that almost the entire area is fixed to the passage 25 and the outlet 12 of the rotating drum 11 is fixed. The tilt is suppressed because the hot dry air from the outside does not hit the building directly.

(G) Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, even if a double-sided resin fan is tilted due to shrinkage after molding, there is almost no contact at the labyrinth joint or a decrease in the sealing effect, and the drying efficiency is improved. It is possible to provide a clothes dryer that maintains a high level of energy and makes less noise.
