wel$MwmyI1ww1mm@高■|・曽mdl内1・c−−4+I・−一 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION High Potential Current Transformer The present invention as specified in claim 1 relates to a high potential current transformer. Traditionally, current transformers of the type described above have been used to detect currents in wiring for transmitting high potentials in high potential systems. DE-O52°546.694 has a sensor for measuring electrical changes in high potential lines
This sensor is a transmission measurement device for high-potential lines.
This is a high potential. The output signal of the measured value sensor is fed to a converter/digitizer part at operating potential and is transferred, for example, by a transfer device at ground potential. DE-OS 2,546,694 does not disclose how this measurement sensor is constructed. DE-O83,712,190 is a measuring device constructed in the form of a Rogowski coil.
A conventional type of current transformer with a constant sensor is disclosed. This Rogowski coil is wrapped around the outer circumference of electrical wiring. Telegraph
In this case, the signal is fed to a measuring unit located inside the transmission line, and the evaluated signal is output to the outside via an insulator via a signal line in the form of a glass fiber line. The output of the measuring unit is graphed from ground potential to high potential through an insulator.
It is supplied through a fiber wire. The construction of this device is particularly important for this special measurement
Because of the power supply for the sensor, it becomes relatively complex. current transformer
Other examples of transformers include, for example, the conducting flD1 constant transformer shown in CH-PS 514,923, which is encapsulated externally and has one or more annular edges. , it has a structure that surrounds the wiring path in concentric circles. These current transducers are also technically complex to manufacture. The iWJ fixed device disclosed in JP Abstract 58-124 960 is
A semi-cylindrical safety device is provided within the flow path. The sensor is an optical element that performs measurements by measuring the electric field inside the safety device. The important thing with this device is to place the sensor well in the location of the maximum concentration in the current path. JP summary fruit
In installations, the safety device with the sensor installed is installed on the opposite side of the internal wiring of the outputs of the two safety devices, resulting in the formation of an omega-shaped or winding current path. An object of the present invention is to provide a current controller that has a structure that is easy to manufacture and that allows accurate αJ determination.
The goal is to provide a transformer. Other embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims. Regarding the present invention, the measuring element is provided in a recessed part of the high-potential internal wiring;
an optical signal supplied from a constant element, this signal being an optical beam as specified in claim 2;
In the case specified in claim 3, it is encapsulated in a metal to ensure accuracy by means of an optical path through an insulator to ground potential.
It is supplied as follows. If it is planned to use an optical signal in a metal encapsulation in a photovoltage system through an optical beam at ground potential, the beam passage hole must be cut inside the wireway to allow the passage of the beam. and outside wireways.
Must be. In this case, at least the outer wireway must be covered with a transparent seal to the beam hole. Furthermore, it is clear that the ray hole must be aligned with the other hole. Indeed, as already mentioned, DE-O53,712°190 is suitable for high potential measurement signals.
The figure shows a measuring device in which the signal is transmitted as an optical signal at ground potential. Importantly, however, the power supply and the measurement signal that is converted into an optical signal are different signals. Embodiments of the invention provide current transformers that can be fully adapted to existing systems.
It's a sformer. This is because the semi-cylindrical coil cover has an outer diameter equal to the outer diameter of the internal current path, which reduces the dielectric strength between some internal wiring of the coil and the external transmission path.
The power remains unchanged when using the metal capsule of the photovoltage system. The internal current path or current path (in the case of multi-path embodiments) is a circle supported by an insulating layer.
If fixed by the metal capsule by disk-like means, the optical path is formed within the support insulator in a preferred manner in a spiral or tortuous manner as specified in claim 3. This will reduce the leakage path along the optical path.
A good example is obtained. DE-OS 3,207,306 explains how the optical path is set from high potential to low potential.
It clearly indicates whether the However, the insulator in this embodiment is a porcelain insulator with plates extending in the leakage current path, rather than a disc-shaped support or metal encapsulation system within the gas insulator. Additionally, the optical path is provided on the external surface, with the optical path running in a hel teal Iy rather than a spiral Iy. The device according to claim 4 is characterized in that a capacitor is also provided inside the external surface of the passage for supplying power to the transfer circuit arrangement, this capacitor being insulated at a distance from the base of the recessed part. A circumferential depression in which the electrodes are placed.
It is formed by a wiring path with a curved portion. The current received from the measuring transducer is essentially an analog signal, and the transfer circuit is an optical
The analog/digital converter converts the analog signal into a digital optical signal, and the optical digital signal is transmitted to the evaluation unit by a light beam or optical transmitter. Evaluation unit
The port is provided at ground potential or outside the capsule. The a1 fixed value is further transferred to an external evaluation unit in the form of an analog signal and further processed.
using a light beam path or optical transmission line to accurately detect the phase angle. The transmission circuit has a high potential within the internal current path. For technical reasons, for example at high load currents or high light radiation, the temperature inside the current path can reach approximately 80'C. It is impossible for the temperature to reach 130°C. However, the operation of reliable transmission circuits and optoelectronics ensures that this temperature is controlled; this control value is 75°C, and in special cases 125°C. Regarding implementation of claim 8, the Peltier element lowers the temperature.
can be done. This basic theory is generally known and explained, e.g.
Bibliographical In 5 Titute, Mannhein/Vienna/Zur ich, 1970. Hereinafter, more detailed embodiments and modifications of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings, and two exemplary embodiments will be shown. With regard to the drawings, FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment in a high voltage switching system with an optical path, and FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the current transformer of FIG. 1 with a direct optical beam. 3 is a diagram showing the current transformer of FIG. 1 with a cooler. The metal-encapsulated, gas-insulated, high-voltage circuit shown in Figure 1 is connected to an external capsule.
It has a hole 10, which is at ground potential, and has a recess inside to transfer high voltage.
The internal wiring 11 for transmission is formed concentrically. In a polyphase capsule switching system, the implementation of the polyphase internal transmission path is one
It is of course possible to implement this instead of the transmission line. [Synthesized internal transmission path] 1 has a recess 40 formed on its circumference, and this recess portion 40 is formed by a cylinder portion 42 protruding from the end 41 of the recess toward the outer surface.
The rest is covered except for the gap 43. A coil 45 is formed in the internal space 44 between the cylinder 42 and the recess 40, and has a coil 45, for example. The gows k i coil and its embodiments supply a 21'Pj constant signal to the circuit embodiment 25 provided in the internal wiring 11 through wiring paths 46,47. In this circuit embodiment, analog signals provided to circuit 25 via traces 23 and 24 are converted to digital signals. The circuit 25 thus performs an analog/digital
form a converter. Installed next to the analog/digital converter 25 is an optical converter 26: The analog/digital converter and the optical converter together form a transmission circuit, and after converting it into an optical signal, it is connected to an optical transmission device. or as shown in the drawing
The optical path in the support insulator 16 has a spiral or winding shape so as to pass through the optical path.
The digital signal is then transmitted to the outside. Each cross-sectional portion of the optical transmission device 27 can be seen in the drawing. The optical transmission device 27 is connected to an evaluation circuit 28 that evaluates the optical signal. The internal transmission line 11 further has a depression 30 on its circumference to form an insulating mesh element 31,32 for insulating the transmission line 11 and the electrode 33.
Ru. A capacitor or capacitance 34 is thus connected to the electrode 33 and the metal capsule.
Similarly, a capacitor is formed between the electrode 33 and the metal capsule 12.
A capacitor 34 forms an electrostatic voltage divider. The converter 25 connects the above-mentioned capacitors 34/34 through transmission lines 36/37.
Voltage is supplied by 35. Of course, this measurement transducer itself is not affected by the added supply capacitance.
It is also possible to supply voltage to the converter 25 and the optical transmission device 26 from the user's body. The respective additional optical transmission lines assigned to the sensitive measuring transducer 45 and for supplying the evaluation circuit with signals from the measuring transducer as analog signals are not shown here. These additional optical transmission paths can also be spiral or serpentine.
These analog signals, which are in phase with the measured change, can be used to accurately measure the phase angle. This invention provides high voltage switching systems using gas or liquid insulators.
overall, they require relatively little space and are also low cost.
It can be realized at low cost. As a variant, in the oven air system
It can also be applied in cases where Figure 1 shows only a single transmission path in a metal capsule; the high voltage system can of course also be adapted to a multiphase capsule system. Next, the electric
The poles 33 can be configured only on a portion of the circumference so that each internal transmission path is supplied with a voltage. As a result of the configuration of Figure 1, there is no external capacitance inside the measurement transducer and the supply capacitance.
A dielectric similar to that inside the cell is formed, making the measured signal temperature dependent (sic) to a first approximation. As shown, the cylinder 42
The recess 40 terminates at a distance from the cavity edge. This cylinder structure is important for protecting the coil operation for detecting circuit shorts from electromagnetic interference. The cylinder 42 is used precisely as a protection for the coil 45 in order to avoid failures due to parasitic capacitance. Coil 45 has a similar structure to the Rogowski coil. The power supply to the converter 25 is such that the voltage is always present and the voltage is resetting the current.
Since it is coded, it can be given as a voltage supply. This is converter 25 and it
It serves as a power source for the optical transfer device 26 associated with the. The above signal can be directly transferred as a forward beam to an external device by ground potential. For this purpose, the internal transmission path 11 and the external transmission path 10 are
For the case, radiation holes 50 and 51 are provided, and the radiation holes 51 are made of transparent material.
It is blocked by a window 52 formed from the outside. As shown in FIG. 2, the evaluation unit 28 is provided with a window 52 so that the emitted light does not adversely affect the reception of the evaluation unit.
It is. With respect to FIG. 3, the electronic components of the transmission circuit are cooled. The Bertier element is completely designed by 61 and is placed on the pedestal 60 inside the transmission line 11. As is known, Petier elements are shown, for example, in Meyers-Lexikon der Technik und der exakten Naturwissenschaften [Meyer Dictionary of Natural Science and Technology], volume 3, page 1916, so there is no need to discuss them in detail here. . In order to reduce temperature operations, the transmission circuit is thermally connected to the cooling surface of the Peltier element 61. The Peltier element 61 has sufficient cooling effect or the transmission circuit 25/
26, current is supplied through wiring 63, 64 by a current distribution element 62 of appropriate value surrounded by internal transmission line 11. It is self-evident that a power supply 29 is used. Also, since it is obvious that a rectifier is used here, no further details are provided in Figure 3.
It is not clearly stated. (,0 °S・3 Abstract 1 The present invention is a high voltage measuring transformer, in particular a metal encapsulated, gas insulated transformer having a switching element for generating a signal led from a high potential to ground potential.
