Claims (13)
- 【請求項1】少なくとも本質的に気密である外側の外殻(2)と例えば飛行機の 与圧室のような気密外殻(2)に接する中間空間(4)を備えて考案される内側 の隔壁(3)とを提示することになるモノコック構造の内部における内側空間( 1)における湿り空気(Ac)の水蒸気が、外側気密外殻(2)の内部及び空間 (4)の中において凝縮して水になり或いは凍結して氷になってしまうことを防 止し、更に存在するかも知れない既存の水分をこの空間(4)から取り除くこと になる方法であって:50%以下であり、好ましくは10%以下であって、特に は5%以下であることになる相対湿度を備えた乾燥空気(Ad,Ab)が、外側 外殻(2)と内側隔壁(3)の間における空間(4)の中へ案内されることによ って手手徴付けられるように成した、前記方法。
- 【請求項2】乾燥空気(Ad,Ab)は、内側隔壁(3)によって囲繞される構 造体の内側空間(1)の内部における気圧よりも高い圧力によって外殻(2)に 沿って空間(4)の中へ案内され、それによって、この空気は、空間(4)を取 り囲む表面から湿度が吸収された後で初めて内側空間(1)の中へ入れられるよ うに成したことによって特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 【請求項3】乾燥空気(Ad,Ab)は、外殻(2)に沿って空間(4)の中へ 案内される前に、少なくとも10℃であって、好ましくは20℃であり、特には 30℃であることになる温度まで加熱されるように成したことによって特徴付け られる、請求項1−2の何れかに記載の方法。
- 【請求項4】乾燥空気(Ad)は、外側外殻(2)と内側隔壁(3)の間におけ る空間(4)の中へ案内される前に、内側空間(1)からの湿り空気(Ac)を 少なくとも1つの除湿装置(6)を通過させることによって形成されるように成 したことによって特徴付けられる、請求項1−3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 【請求項5】モノコック構造が飛行機の与圧室を構成するように成し、加熱され る外部の乾燥空気(Ab)は、飛行機の少なくとも1つのエンジン・コンプレツ サから圧力及び温度の調節装置を介して与圧室の中へ案内され、湿り空気(Ar )は、除湿装置(6)から内側空間(1)の中へ再度案内され、更に/又は、除 湿装置(6)からの湿り空気(Aw)の余剰は、飛行機の外側外殻(2)から排 出されるように成したことによって特徴付けられる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 【請求項6】与圧室の乗客区画からの空気(Ac)は、第1の除湿装置(6.1 )を通され、その後、ここからの乾燥空気(Ad)は、乗客区画(1.1)に隣 接する外側外殻(2)と内側隔壁(3)の間における空間(4.1)の中へ案内 され、与圧室の貨物区画(1.2)からの空気(Ac)は、第2の除湿装置(6 .2)を通され、その後、ここからの乾燥空気(Ad)は、貨物区画(1.2) に隣接する外側外殻(2)と内側隔壁(3)の間における空間(4.2)の中へ 案内されるように成したことによって特徴付けられる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 【請求項7】第2の除湿装置(6)からの総ての湿り空気(Aw)は、飛行機の 外側外殻(2)から完全に排出されるように成したことによって特徴付けられる 、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 【請求項8】モノコック構造の内側空間(1)が飛行機の与圧室の内部に配置さ れるように成し、飛行機の少なくとも1つのエンジン・コンプレッサからの乾燥 空気(Ab)は、与圧室の乗客区画(1.1)及びそれぞれの貨物区画(1.2 )の中へ案内される前に、外側外殻(2)と内側隔壁(3)の間における空間( 4)の中へ案内されるように成したことによって特徴付けられる、請求項1−4 の何れかに記載の方法。
- 【請求項9】少なくとも本質的に気密である外側の外殻(2)と気密外殻(2) に接する中間空間(4)を備えて考案される内側の隔壁(3)とを提示すること になる例えば飛行機の与圧室のようなモノコック構造の内側空間(1)の中にお ける湿り空気(Ac)の水蒸気が、外側気密外殻(2)の内部及び空間(4)の 中において凝縮して水になり或いは凍結して氷になってしまうことを制限し、更 に存在するかも知れない既存の水分をこの空間から取り除くために請求項1−8 に従って当該方法を実施するための装置であって:中間空間(4)の内部におけ る圧力を超過する圧力によって乾燥空気(Ad,Ab)を案内する手段(6)に よって特徴付けられ、当該手段は、モノコック構造の外側外殻(2)及び/又は 内側隔壁(3)の中における少なくとも1つの入口開口部(8.2,8.4)に 対して接続されるように成した、前記装置。
- 【請求項10】中間空間(4)の中へ案内される前に乾燥空気(Ad,Ab)を 加熱する手段によって特徴付けられるように成した、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 【請求項11】前記手段は、与圧室空気(Ac)のための少なくとも1つの除湿 装置(6)を構成し、好ましくは、吸収除湿器が、モノコック構造に関連して永 続的に装架されるように成したことによって特徴付けられる、請求項9又は10 に記載の装置。
- 【請求項12】前記手段は、与圧室の圧力よりも高い圧力を備えて、入口開口部 を介して与圧室システムを中間空間(4)と接続することになる少なくとも1本 の管をも備えて、飛行機の与圧室システムにおける加熱される乾燥空気(Ab) のための出口接続部を構成するように成したことによって特徴付けられる、請求 項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 【請求項13】少なくとも1つの入口開口部(8.2,8.4)は、モノコック 構造の腐食に敏感な部分及び/又は中間空間(4)の内部における構成要素に関 連して考案され、乾燥空気(Ad,Ab)は、入口開口部(8.2,8.4)を 通過した後で、中間空間の内部において拡散する前に、上述の部分及び/又は構 成要素を先ず通過するように成したことによって特徴付けられる、請求項9−1 2の何れかに記載の装置。
