する現像装置6と、給紙装置7からレジストローラ8に
よりタイミングをとって送られる記録紙に現像後のトナ
ー像を転写する転写チャージャ9と、転写後の記録紙を
定着する定着装置10と、転写後の感光体ベルト3をク
リーニングするクリーニング装置11とを有する。作像
部2により作像された記録紙は排紙部12に排紙され

前上カバー13の肉厚bの2分の1ないし3分の2程度
が好ましく、2分の1よりも薄いと強度が弱くなり過ぎ
てしまい、3分の2より厚いと前上カバー13にヒケが
生じてしまう。なお、本実施例ではリブ厚aおよび前上
カバー13の肉厚bが3mm程度、薄肉部16,16´
の肉厚cが1.5mm程度である。また、薄肉部16,
