られ回転板が所定区間回動時投入口より一定範囲
内にある障害物を検出する検出器とを備え、該検
出器の作動により、前記電磁切換弁を切換え圧力
制御弁を作動させ圧油を前記オイルリザーバに還
流させ回転板の回転力を低減するようにしたこと
