Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit up to two connections with the same reliability by a method wherein the caulking and soldering places of terminals for connecting armature coils provided in a commutator are provided with a two-branch structure having two caulking and soldering places. CONSTITUTION:An electric power, generated in a magnetic circuit consisting of a rotor 4, a field coil 6, a stator 8 and armature coils 7, is transmitted by caulking and soldering lead wires 2 extended from the armature coils 7 employing only one part 3a of the terminal 3 of a commutator 1 fixed to one surface of a rear bracket 10. The stator side 3b of the terminal 3 retains a configuration previous to the caulking of the lead wire 2. When maintenance is carried out, the interconnection between the lead wire 2 and the terminal 3 is disconnected by cutting the part 3c of the terminal 3 and when the lead wire 2 is connected to the terminal 3 again, the caulking and soldering are effected employing the part 3b. The caulking and soldering employing the part 3b are effected first time and, therefore, the caulking and soldering can be effected while maintaining the initial reliability thereof.

するステータ8が配置されている。ここにおいて、ステ
ータ8はフロントブラケット9とリヤブラケット10に

みれたボールベアリング12とによりロータ4が保持さ
れている。これらロータ4,フィールドコイル6,ステ
ータ8,電機子コイル7から成る磁気回路で発生した電
力は、電機子コイル7から延長されたリード線2を、リ
ヤブラケット10の一面に固定された整流器1のターミ
ナル3のうち、反ステータ側の3a部のみを使用して加
締め半田付けして送られる(図1参照)。その際ターミ
ナル3のステータ側3b部はリード線2の加締め前形状
を保持している。整流器1は得られた電力を出力電流と
して、冷却フィン13へ供給する。

ーミナル3の接続作業は、半田と加締めによって劣化し
た3a部を再度使用しなければならないため、接続信頼
性が低下してしまう。
