Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an access floor panel which can be simply connected to underfloor wirings without exposing cables of equipment such as information cables, power source cables above a floor. CONSTITUTION:An access floor panel comprises a panel hole 7 to be disposed directly under a cable outlet of a bottom of an office furniture such as an office desk 1 containing cables 3 from a device 2, a panel cover 8 openably provided adjacently to the hole 7, a plug socket containing box 9 to be mounted on a lower surface of the cover 8 in the hole 7, and a plug socket 4 disposed near the cover 8 of the box 9 and connected to underfloor wirings 6. Thus, since the cables are not externally exposed, there is no anxiety about legs of workers being caught by cables, etc., removal of the socket can be prevented, and its external appearance becomes decorous. The cover is opened to easily connect the socket.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, office automation equipment such as word processors, facsimiles, multifunction telephones, computer terminals and the like have become widespread, and information wiring and power wiring in offices have remarkably increased.
Therefore, there has been proposed an access floor panel having a double floor structure in which another floor panel is laid on the original floor surface. 4 and 5 show an example of the structure of a conventional access floor panel.
Shown in. In the figure, 1 is an office desk, 2 is a device, 3 is a device wiring,
4 is an outlet, 5 is a floor panel, and 6 is underfloor wiring. The equipment wiring 3 may include not only power wiring but also information wiring. The connection between the equipment wiring 3 and the underfloor wiring 6 is generally performed by exposing the wiring on the floor panel 5 as shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, although there are those in which the device wiring 3 is built in the office desk 1 and the outlet 4 for connecting with the underfloor wiring 6 is stored under the floor, the office desk 1 and the floor panel are not shown. Wiring was exposed to the outside at the portion crossing 5 and 5.

When the wiring is exposed to the outside as in the above-described conventional example, it is dangerous for a person who goes in and out of the office to get caught in the wiring, which is an obstacle to traffic. Also, there is a high possibility that the wiring will be hooked by something other than the foot (for example, a caster of a chair).
The wiring is pulled, and the outlet tends to come off or become unstable, which is likely to come out. Therefore, it is desirable to connect to the underfloor wiring in such a structure that the wiring is not exposed at all on the floor.

In the access floor panel of the present invention, since the panel hole 7 is arranged directly below the wiring outlet on the bottom of office furniture such as the office desk 1 in which the wiring 3 from the equipment 2 is built in, the equipment 2 and the underfloor are arranged. The connection with the wiring 6 is not exposed to the outside. Also,
Since the connection to the outlet 4 is performed by opening the panel lid 8 provided on the floor panel 5, the connection work can be easily performed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows the use state of the access floor panel of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is an office desk, 2 is equipment, 3 is equipment wiring, 4 is an outlet, 5 is a floor panel, 6 is underfloor wiring, 7 is a panel hole, 8 is a panel lid, and 9 is an outlet storage box. The device 2 installed on the office desk 1 is, for example, an office computer connected to a LAN (local area network), and requires power wiring and information wiring. Therefore, the equipment wiring 3 and the underfloor wiring 6
Includes power supply wiring and information wiring. The outlet 4 also includes a power outlet and an information outlet. The floor panel 5 is horizontally supported on the original floor surface by columns or the like to form a double floor structure.

A method of constructing wiring by the access floor panel of the present invention will be described below. In the present invention, in order to prevent the wiring from being exposed to the outside, first, office furniture is used that can have the wiring built in and can be directly routed through the inside to the panel hole 7 of the floor panel 5. As the office furniture, the office desk 1 is illustrated in the example of FIG. 1, but the office furniture is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a telephone stand or a partition wall (partition wall). The access floor panel of the present invention is installed just below the wiring outlet on the bottom surface of this office furniture. To the outlet 4 in the access floor panel, the power line and the information line of the underfloor wiring 6 are pulled out from the repeater and connected from the outside of the outlet storage box 9. On the other hand, the wiring 3 from the device 2 passes from the inside of the office furniture such as the office desk 1 through the panel hole 7 of the floor panel 5 into the outlet storage box 9. When connecting the wiring 3 from the device 2 in the outlet storage box 9 to the outlet 4, open the panel lid 8
From there, a worker puts his hand in and inserts the plug of the device wiring 3 into the outlet 4. Thus, when the connection to the outlet 4 is completed, the panel lid 8 is closed. By doing so, as shown in FIG. 1, the wiring is not exposed to the outside.

As described above, according to the access floor panel of the present invention, since the wiring is not exposed to the outside, there is no fear of catching a foot or the like, it is possible to prevent the outlet from being pulled out, and the appearance is neat. In addition, there is an effect that an outlet can be easily connected.
