(考案の解決しようとする課題) インモールドラベルでは容器ラベル位置に対応
するよう金型内壁面にラベルを挿入載置しなけれ

ルを静電発生装置により帯電させ金型内壁面に固
定する方法、第2に容器ラベル位置に対応する金
型内に穴加工しそこから真空ポンプ等により吸引
してラベルを固定する方法の2通りがある。前者
はラベルの固定力が弱く、ラベル基材がフイルム
の場合有効であるが、一般に広く使用されている
紙ラベルでは帯電しにくいため不適当である。ま
た後者はポリエステル容器及びポリ塩化ビニル容
器などの二軸延伸ブロー成形される容器ではプリ
フオームが延伸、ブローアツプする際膨らむ樹脂
によりラベルが予め固定されている位置から移動
してずれてしまう。その対策としてラベル吸引用
穴の数を増やしたり、径を大きくしてラベル固定
力を向上させることが望まれるが、穴数を増すと
それだけ金型が複雑になり加工が困難になる。ま
た穴径を大きくした場合容器のラベルに吸引穴の
跡が残りたいへん外観が悪くなつてしまう。

内壁面に吸引固定し、その焼結金属の外径が4mm
以上かつ貫通孔が0.1mm乃至0.5mmの径を有し、焼
結金属がラベル面積11cm2当り少なくとも1個設け
られていることを特徴とするインモールドラベル
用ブロー金型とした。
