As an example, baseball shoes with leather soles are lighter and more comfortable to wear than those made of rubber or plastic, but on the other hand, with long-term wear, the leather wears out. The problem is that the board becomes fatigued and loses its rigidity and elasticity, causing the arch of the foot to deform and cause foot problems such as sprains. To prevent this, the arch area of the sole is made of plastic or stainless steel. Measures have been taken such as interposing a shank core to maintain the elasticity of the arch region and prevent the sole from deforming or twisting.

In addition, leather boards have inferior abrasion resistance and water resistance compared to soles made of rubber or plastic, and therefore, when used in the rain, the leather boards absorb water and become pliable, causing the spikes to loosen and become loose. The drawback was that the soles of the shoes were deformed.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a shoe sole in which a plurality of leather plates such as an outer material and an inner material are bonded together, and in which a hole is formed at least in the arch region of the outer material. A shank core made of fiber-reinforced plastic is attached to the corresponding location, or a recess of various shapes for attaching the shank core is formed in the leather plate at the location corresponding to the hole, and a shank core made of fiber-reinforced plastic is attached to the recess. This shoe sole is characterized in that the shank core is sandwiched and integrated between an outer surface material and an inner surface material, thereby forming an opening through which the shank core is exposed on the outer surface of the arch region. In addition, the sole is made of a leather board impregnated with a synthetic resin and hardened to improve both water resistance and abrasion resistance.

(Function) The present invention has the above configuration, that is, a hole is formed in the soil footing area of the outer surface material, and a shank core made of fiber-reinforced plastic is attached to the location corresponding to the hole. Because of this, the thickness of the shank core can be escaped through this hole,
Unlike conventional shoe soles, the outer material does not swell, and the adhesion between the shank core and the leather plate is extremely good. Especially when the thickness of the shank core is thick, the leather plate has various shapes of recesses for attaching the shank core, so when the shank core is attached, it can be easily attached to the recess for attaching the shank core. Unlike conventional shoe soles, the outer material does not bulge due to the thickness of the shank core, and the sole can be formed flat, which improves the adhesion between the shank core and the leather plate, ensuring reliable adhesion and sewing. This eliminates the possibility of fixation loosening. As a result, the soles of the shoes may become deformed due to repeated use.
Peeling between the shank core and the leather board due to poor adhesion or poor sewing will no longer occur.

In addition, when the cross-sectional shape of the shank core is T-shaped (indicated by 6' in the drawings of the embodiment), the seat portion is sandwiched between the outer surface material and the inner surface material, and the protruding portion is formed by a hole in the outer surface material, that is, Since it can be integrated into the opening in the sole of the shoe, it is possible to change the thickness of the shank core, or to change the thickness of the reinforcing fiber fabric or mat used for the shank core, which improves the rigidity of the shank core. It is also possible to change the rigidity and torsional rigidity of the sole freely.

Furthermore, since the shank core is made of fiber-reinforced plastic, the strength of the shank core itself does not decrease even under repeated bending stress on the arch of the foot when worn. This prevents the feet from becoming deformed due to depression, and prevents fatigue of the user's feet.
