リブ11用キヤビテイの間を円弧型41が可動型
4から一体に伸びており、一方、固定型3からは
切欠き14を形成するための突型31がリブ11
の端面まで設けられており、第5図に示すよう
に、円弧型41と突型31が交互に組合わさつて
係止段13とリブ11の間の筒部12の外周を郭
定する。なお、円弧型41と突型31が交互に組
合わさるのは、切欠き14の巾がリブ11の巾に
等しく、かつ位相も等しいためである。従つて、
第4図に示すように、円弧型41の先端面によつ

部12の先端外周の係止段13には、リブ11の
巾と位相に等しい切欠き14が設けられているの
で、かかる構造のキヤツプ1や軸筒を成形する金
型は、切欠き14を通つて伸びる突型31と、リ
ブ11の間を通つて伸びる円弧型41とが交互に
組合わさつて筒部12の外周面を郭定する型とす
ることができ、リブ11の間を通つて伸びる円弧
型41の先端面にて係止段13を成形することが
出来る。従つて、外周に係止段13が形成された
筒部12がキヤツプ1や軸筒の尾端から突設され
た形状であるにもかかわらず、成形金型を割型に
することなく、固定型3と可動型4の組合せのみ
によつてキヤツプ1や軸筒を合成樹脂にて射出成
形することが可能となる。
