産業上の利用分野
本発明は、繰返し屈曲耐久性に優れた長寿命の
電気掃除機に使用する可撓ホースを得るものであ

従来例の構成とその問題点
従来この種の可撓ホースにおいては、第3図に
示すような山形突起を有するチユーブを巻回しな
がら、第2図、第4図、第6図に示すように、襞
谷部で接合する構造で、その接合構造については
特に定まつた位置規制はされていなかつた。その
ため、接合部が第2図に示すように、お互に段差
なく、確実に接合されておれば、全く、ホース寿
命については問題はないが、しかし、第6図のよ
うに製造時に工程ばらつきにより段差が襞谷部に
出来た場合、ホースを繰返し屈曲時、この段差部
から折れ曲がり、Vノツチ効果により応力集中が
起り、非常に繰返屈曲耐久性の悪いホースが出来

本発明はこのような従来の欠点を解消し、常に
安定した長寿命の繰返屈曲耐久性を有した可撓ホ

発明の構成
本発明の可撓ホースは、チユーブとチユーブの
接合を、ホースの襞谷部で行なう構造に於て、接
合部上側チユーブ端面は、山形突起を形成する傾
斜線と襞谷部に接する水平線とで形成される角度
の2等分線より上部の山形突起を形成する襞線上
にくるように接合することにより、もし接合不良
が発生し、接合部に段差が生じても、ホースを繰
返し屈曲時この部分に折り曲げ応力が集中して掛
らないため、ホースの長寿命化を常に保証出来る

実施例の説明
以下その実施例を添付図面とともに説明する。
第2図は山形突起部2を有するチユーブ1で、こ
のチユーブ1を巻回し、チユーブとチユーブの接
合部3をホース襞谷部で段差なく確実に接着した
断面図である。この場合ホースを繰返し屈曲して
もチユーブとチユーブの接合部に段差なく、確実
に接合されているため、ホース使用時、繰返し屈
曲させ、ホース襞谷部で折り曲げ屈曲作用が起つ
ても、段差部など一部の個所で集中して屈曲され
ないため、ホースの早期切断現象を起す恐れがな
い。しかし工程ばらつきなどの原因でチユーブ1
とチユーブ1との接合部に於て、特に第5図のよ
うに山形突起を有するチユーブ1の右側底部の長
さが短かくなり、第6図のように襞谷部中間部付
近に段差5を有した接合不良が発生した場合、こ
の段差部5がVノツチ効果により、ホースを屈曲
した時、この部分に集中して屈曲応力が局部発生
し、この部分よりホース早期切断の原因となる。
これに対し、本発明の第3図に示す、チユーブ1
の右側底部4を長くすることにより、チユーブ1
同志を襞谷部で接合する時、第4図に示す如く接
合部上部チユーブ端面6が、山形突起を形成する
傾斜線Aと襞谷部に接する水平線Bとで形成され
る角度Cの二等分線Dより上部の山形突起を形成
する襞線上にくるようにした構成にすることによ
り、もし接合部の圧接不良が発生し、接合部に段
差が生じても、ホース屈曲時、折れ曲がり易い襞
谷部中間部付近にこの段差がなく、傾斜線側にあ
るため、段差部6がVノツチ効果としての働きを
起し難く、屈曲応力の集中が起らないため常に安
定した長寿命の高品質を有した電気掃除機用可撓

ため、たとえ接合部の圧着不良により段差部が発
生しても、常に安定した高寿命を有する高品質の
電気掃除機用ホースを生産することが可能とな
