As conventional foot health tools of this type, so-called green bamboo foot pads, pine mats with many small protrusions, and the like are known. However, even if the small protrusions are provided, it is difficult to obtain a uniform pressurizing effect on the entire foot, and since the small protrusions are a standardized product with a fixed arrangement, the pressure cannot be applied to the user's foot. It was hot. Therefore, the present invention provides a device that can pressurize the entire body uniformly and well regardless of the shape of the user's foot by stepping on the foot as it is.

For this reason, the present invention has a structure in which numerous small spheres are housed in a foot insert body, and an upward protrusion is provided on the inner bottom of the foot insert body. The size and material of the small spheres are arbitrary, and may be made of hard ceramic or hard plastic with a diameter of 2 to 5 mm.

By stepping on the small sphere with your foot, the sole of your foot receives the acupressure effect of the small sphere, and since you are stepping on the small sphere itself, pressure is applied uniformly regardless of the size of your foot. In addition, the small spheres are pressed by the weight of the foot, and are moved by the presence of the protrusion on the bottom and the side wall of the foot insert body, causing them to circulate up and down. During this circular movement, frictional heat is generated in the small spheres due to collisions between the small spheres, the protrusions, and the pressure contact with the side wall of the foot insert body, so that the foot is well warmed.

Hereinafter, details of the present invention will be explained with reference to illustrated embodiments. In this example S shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 is a foot container body made of hard porcelain, and its upper edge is curved inward to form a fall prevention edge 1a. Projections 1b are provided on the left and right sides of the center of the bottom. The protrusion 1b has a width of 7 to 10 cm and is formed integrally with the foot insert body 1. Reference numeral 2 is a small spherical body made of hard ceramic, each having a diameter of 3 mm, and is housed in countless numbers within the foot insert body 1. In this example configured in this way, by putting the foot inside the foot insert body 1 and stepping on the small sphere 2, the sole of the foot receives the acupressure effect from the small sphere 2. Because you step on it, pressure is applied evenly regardless of the size of your foot. Further, the small sphere 2 is pressed by the load of the foot due to the body weight, and is moved by the protrusion 1b on the bottom and the side wall 1c of the foot insert body 1, and circulates up and down. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the small sphere 2a that bulges due to the load of the foot falls to the upper surface position when the foot is removed as shown in FIG.
By repeating this step, the small sphere 2a goes down as shown in Fig. 6, and is obstructed by the protrusion 1b on the bottom, and is flipped sideways when stepping (see Fig. 7), and the small sphere 2a becomes a foot insert. It hits the small sphere 2 on the side wall side of the body 1 or the small sphere 2 between the space 1b and is gradually moved upward, returning to the position shown in FIG. 3. During this circular movement, the small spheres collide with each other and the protrusions 1
b. Frictional heat is generated in the small spheres 2, 2a by the pressure contact of the foot inserter body 1 with the side wall 1c, so that the foot is stimulated in a good thermal state. Furthermore, since the small spheres 2 made of ceramic emit far infrared rays due to frictional heat, the deep part of the foot is warmed. Note that the small spheres 2 do not spill out of the container 1 because of the fall prevention edge 1a. Although this example is configured as described above, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the shape and material of the foot insert body are not limited, and it may be made of plastic to reduce its weight. Further, the shape and number of the protrusions protruding from the inner bottom part may be determined as appropriate, and only the protrusion 3 may be formed separately and installed inside the container body as shown in FIG. 8. Furthermore, although the size and material of the small spheres are arbitrary, it is best to use hard ceramic or hard plastic spheres with a diameter of 2 to 5 mm. Further, small spheres such as magnets may be used or mixed together.

According to the present invention, it is possible to pressurize and stimulate the user's entire foot uniformly and satisfactorily, regardless of the size and shape of the user's foot, just by stepping on the foot as it is. In addition, the frictional heat of the small spheres warms the feet, resulting in an excellent acupressure effect. According to the second aspect of the present invention, far infrared rays are emitted by the frictional heat of the small spheres, resulting in an even better thermal effect.
