も上記のようであるが、薬液入りのマルチバツグ
が臨床で使用されるまでの保管中には液体流通部
7を通して互いに隣接する薬液が混じり合うこと
を完全に防ぐために、本考案では液体流通部7に
熱融着性フイルム6が挿入され、熱融着している
ものである。 本考案のマルチバツグを臨床で使用する場合は
使用直前に液体収納部1,2を手で押しつけねば
ならない。これにより液体流通部7の熱融着部が
剥離し、液体流通部7を通して互いに隣接する薬
液が混じり合い、液体排出口3の何れか一つから
輸液セツト(図示されてない)などを介して、患
者に輸液して用いられるものである。 本考案のマルチバツグは上述のように液体収納
部1,2を左右に並べる構成でなくても、液体収
納部1,2を上下に連結させて用い実施すること
もできる。 なお、本考案のマルチバツグを保管中、すなわ
ち、臨床で使用されるまで液体流通部7に従来の
ようにクランプを念入りに用いておくことも差し
支えない。 また、本考案の液体排出口は通常のプラスチツ
ク容器に用いられる栓体でよい。

ない。その理由は熱融着による接着が強固すぎ
て、臨床での使用直前に液体収納部1,2を手で
押しつけたときの熱融着部の剥離がおこらないか
らである。 本考案では、軟質プラスチツクをポリエチレン
とし熱融着性フイルムをポリプロピレンとすると
か、逆に軟質プラスチツクをポリプロピレンとし
熱融着性フイルムをポリエチレンとする等が考え
られる。 本考案では、臨床での使用直前にマルチバツグ
の液体収納部1,2を手で押しつけ、熱融着部を
剥離させるのが要点である。従つてこの熱融着に
よる接着力が強すぎても、弱すぎてもいけない。 本考案者は、この適度の接着性を持たせるため
に、軟質プラスチツクの素材を厚さ0.25mmのポリ
エチレン(住友化学工業株式会社製,FA201−
0)とし、熱融着性フイルムを厚さ0.1mmのポリ
プロピレン(住友化学工業株式会社製,S−131)
のように選定し、熱融着条件の温度を180〜250℃
のようにし、その時間を3〜5秒のようにするの
が好ましいことを見出した。 この適度の接着性は剥離方法で評価すれば、30
〜250g/cmの値を示した。
