(産業上の利用分野) 本発明は縦・横・の長さおよび高さの決つた特
定の画一な部屋、たとえば研究室、病院、製薬工

流、温度などの最適な無菌環境を確保するための
クリーンルームの構築に用いる均一分布型吹出口
装置に関するものである。 (従来の技術) 従来、この種の吹出口装置としては例えば第1
図乃至第3図に示すように、側面の上位個所にダ
クト接続用カラー1を備えたほぼ立方体形状を呈
する下面のみ開放のチヤンバー2に於ける下位個
所の内周面にフイルター取付枠3を廻し設け、こ
のフイルター取付枠3に超高性能フイルター4を
フイルター取付ボルト5およびフイルター取付金
具6により固定すると共にチヤンバー2の下面に
全面に吐風孔31を明けた逆さ向きの截頭角錐形
状を呈する皿型のフエースパネル14を配し、こ
のフエースパネル14の周縁をチヤンバー2の下
面開縁に固定した構成のもの(以下、第1従来例
という。)は知られている。この第1従来例は本
願と比較した場合に仕切板8、同仕切板8に設け
られたオリフイス11同仕切板8においてオリフ
イス11のまわりに開設された無数の小さい通風
孔13、フエースパネル14に設けられ盲個所1

13244号公報参照)のもの(以下、第2従来例と
いう。)も提供されている。しかし、この第2従
来例は本願と比較した場合には仕切板においてオ
リフイスにまわりに開設された無数の小さい通風
孔13、フエースパネル14に設けられた盲個所
17,18がないものであつて、高性能フイルタ
ーにおいてオリフイスに対応する部分と仕切板に
おけるオリフイスにまわりの個所に対応する部分
とでは汚れ方が大きく異なつてしまう好ましくな
い欠陥があり、また横向きに吐出される気流の強
弱を部屋の大きさ、形状に合うように設定されて
いなく上記特定の部屋にはなじまない等の欠陥が
あつた。 〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕 本発明は、吹出口の直下部およびはね返り部分
すなわち室内の居住域全体の風速が0.2m/s以
下であり且つ室内の温度分布が全域に亘つて平均
し安定している状態を得ること、高性能フイルタ
ーの全体が平均して汚れるようにすること、横向
きに吐出される気流の強弱を部屋の大きさ、形状
に合うように設定し易くすることを十分に達成す
るようにした新規の均一分布型吹出口装置を提供
することを目的とする。 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 上記目的を達成するために、本発明に係わる均
一分布型吹出口装置は、縦・横・高さの決つた特
定の画一な部屋に用いるものであつて、上方個所
にダクト接続用カラー1を備えた箱型を呈する下
面のみ開放のチヤンバー2を構成し、このチヤン
バー2に於ける中間高さ個所内に高性能フイルタ
ー4を蔵し且つチヤンバー2の下面に仕切板8を
張設して同チヤンバー2内を清浄前室9と清浄後
室10とに区切り、更に仕切板8に中央にオリフ
イス11を開設すると共に当該仕切板8に於て上
記フイルターの吹出側口に対応する同吹出側口の
大きさとほぼ同じ広さの個所に無数の小さい通気
孔を明け、またチヤンバー2の下面に逆き向きの
截頭角錐形状を呈する皿型のフエースパネル14
を配して当該フエースパネル14の周縁をチヤン
バー2の下面開口縁に固定し、このフエースパネ
ル14の左右周壁および前後周壁の周縁部に設け
られた盲個所17,18を除いた個所19と同フ
エースパネル14における底壁20とに無数の小
さい左向き吐風孔21、右向き吐風孔22、前向
き吐風孔23後向き吐風孔24、下向き吐風孔2
5を明け、更にフエースパネル14と仕切板8と
により囲繞された整風室26内に直径が上記オリ
フイスより僅かに大きい拡散パネル27を水平向

する下面のみ開放のチヤンバー2に於ける中間の
高さ個所の内周面にフイルター取付枠3を廻し設
け、このフイルター取付枠3に超高性能フイルタ
ー4をフイルター取付ボルト5およびフイルター
取付金具6により固定し且つチヤンバー2の下面
に仕切板8を張設して同チヤンバー2を清浄前室
9と清浄後室10とに区切り、更に仕切板8の中
央にオリフイス11を開設すると共に当該仕切板
8に於て超高性能フイルター4の吹出側口12に
対応する同吹出側口の大きさとほぼ同じ広さの個
所に無数の小さい通風孔13を明け、またチヤン
バー2の下面に逆さ向きの截頭角錐形状を呈する
皿型のフエースパネル14を配して当該フエース
パネル14の周縁をチヤンバー2の下面開口縁に
固定し、このフエースパネル14の左右周壁15
および前後周壁16に於ける上側盲個所17およ
び下側盲個所18を除いた孔明範囲個所19と同
フエースパネル14に於ける底壁20の全面個所
とに無数の小さい左向き吐風孔21、右向き吐風
孔22、前向き吐風孔23、後向き吐風孔24、
下向き吐風孔25を明け、更にフエースパネル1
4と仕切板8とにより囲繞された整風室26内に
直径がオリフイス11より僅かに大きい円盤状の
拡散パネル27を水平向きで装入し、この拡散パ
ネル27の中心点に吊下ボルト28を起立状態に
固定し且つ当該吊下ボルト28の上端部をオリフ
イス11内に張設したブリツジ部材30のナツト
