(Prior art) Conventionally, for pile structure knitted fabrics, the pile base is manufactured by supplying pile yarn to dial needles and cylinder needles, and supplying sewage yarn only to dial needles, and one of the loops is used for the next It relies on a method of escaping the pile loop in the cylinder needle at the yarn feeder without feeding yarn. For this reason, the knitted fabric has only a two-layer structure of the pile loop and the pile base.

In addition, three-layer knitted fabrics, which have recently been attracting attention especially in the sports field, are manufactured separately using dial needles and cylinder needles, and pile loops are added to the middle layer to connect the two knitted fabrics. It has a three-layer structure knitted fabric by tack binding.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) A knitted fabric with a three-layer structure having piles in the middle layer by tuck binding has only the pile loop structure of the middle layer formed by tuck binding together with the front and back knitted fabrics. Since the front and back knitted fabrics and the pile loops are not fixed and are in a loose state, the pile loops are absorbed by the front and back knitted fabrics and do not function as an intermediate layer. Therefore, it is not possible to obtain a lightweight and impact-resistant fabric that is characteristic of medium pile three-layer knitted fabrics.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a double knitting machine in which a pile loop yarn and a sewage yarn for fixing the pile loop are simultaneously supplied, and the pile yarn and sewage yarn are knitted loops, and one side is formed into a tacked loop. This is a method for producing a medium pile three-layer knitted fabric characterized by feeding another yarn at the next yarn feeder and letting the previous tuck loop escape at the same time with the knit loop.

Figure 1 shows the organization chart of the basic manufacturing method for a medium pile three-layer knitted fabric according to the present invention. Each structure is shown in which loop pile yarn 1 and crimped yarn 3 are knitted simultaneously on cylinder needle a at the first yarn feeder in a knit state, and pile loop yarn 1 is knitted in a tacked state on dial needle b. . This can be obtained by knitting the loop pile yarn 1 in a tacked state at the second yarn feeder with the front stitch yarn 2 using a dial needle b.

The knitted fabric of the present invention is a reversible knitted fabric, and may use hydrophilic fibers in one or two layers and hydrophobic fibers in the other layers, or use soft synthetic fibers in the middle layer and ordinary synthetic fibers in both outer layers. Natural fibers can be used, and antistatic fibers can also be used depending on the purpose.

Example 1 Using a 18G double jersey machine, a polyester dyed yarn 150d/48f was used as the loop pile yarn, a processed polyester yarn SD75d/36f was used as the sewage yarn, and a spun yarn 1/48 was used as the front knitted fabric. A medium pile three-layer knitted fabric was created by widening the tooth gap. Next, a sweatshirt was made from the knitted fabric obtained by performing the Hoffman set, and when worn, it was extremely soft, voluminous, lightweight, and had excellent heat retention.

Example 2 Using a 24G double jersey machine, a medium pile three-layer structure was created using a polyester processed yarn SD100d/72f as the loop pile yarn, a cotton blend yarn 42/1 as the sewage yarn, and a polyester processed yarn SD150d/48f as the front knitted fabric. As a result of creating and wearing a knitted fabric, sweat passes through the hydrophilic fibers and transfers to the pile layer from the side that comes into contact with the skin, so there is no stickiness on the side that comes into contact with the skin, making it comfortable and safe due to the pile structure of the middle layer. I got something rich.

(Effect of the invention) The pile base of the knitted fabric obtained by the method of the present invention is completely fixed by the loops of the front or back knitted fabric, so that the loop pile does not shift or the outer fabric and the lining peel off during use. In addition, since a knitted fabric with a structure similar to that of corrugated paper can be obtained, it has excellent shape retention effect and heat retention properties. Furthermore, since loop pile is fixed on one side with sewage yarn, the pile length can be changed freely, and it can be manufactured in a wide range of thicknesses from the conventional double-sided knitted fabric to about 3.0 mm. Since the knitted fabric is divided into two layers, a front knitted fabric and a back knitted fabric, even if the entire knitted fabric receives a strong impact from the movement of the loop pile, the gap between the two layers absorbs it and protects the inside. A knitted fabric with excellent strength can be obtained.
