By the way, a yarn splicing device that splices yarn ends together by applying compressed fluid is already known from Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-257877.
This yarn splicing device accommodates yarn ends in a yarn splicing nozzle so that the yarn ends face in opposite directions, and blows compressed air into the splicing nozzle to vibrate the overlapping portion of the yarn ends. The yarn ends are spliced together under the effects of entanglement, twisting, etc. According to such a yarn splicing device, it is possible to obtain a seam with good yarn strength and a knot-free appearance.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, when the above-mentioned yarn splicing device is applied to a yarn doubling machine, the yarn end of the double yarn on the winding side and the yarn end pulled out in an aligned state from the yarn feeding side remain unchanged. Since the yarn is spliced, the seam becomes thicker, which not only deteriorates the appearance but also causes problems such as yarn breakage in subsequent processes (double twister, etc.).

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides two yarn ends on a yarn feeding side and a yarn end of a component yarn constituting a double yarn on a winding side. A pair of yarn splicing nozzles that are accommodated separately and splice each other, and a slack that loosens one of the constituent yarns of the upper double yarn in order to cause misalignment between the two seams formed by these yarn splicing nozzles. It is equipped with a providing member.

[Function] The two yarn ends on the yarn feeding side and the yarn ends of the constituent yarns constituting the double yarn on the winding side are separately housed in a pair of yarn splicing nozzles for each corresponding yarn end and spliced. At that time, one of the component threads of the double yarn is loosened by the slackening member, so that the seam becomes misaligned with respect to the other seam by the slack.

14 in a direction perpendicular to the yarn path, the yarn guided by the relay pipe 11 and the suction mouth 12 is guided through the guide grooves 13a to 13c, 14a.
A thread shifting lever 27 is arranged to guide the threads 2a, 2b, 3 at the time of thread splicing.
A thread holding lever 28 is arranged to hold down the threads a and 3b. In particular, as shown in FIG. 3, the lever piece 27a on the take-up side of the thread shifting lever 27 is protruded with a slackening member 29 that presses one constituent thread 3a of the double thread 3 to have slack 3x during thread shifting. When the winding is restarted after the yarn splicing, one of the component yarns 3a is shifted and aligned by the slack 3x, and the two seams 30a and 30b are misaligned as shown in FIG. It's summery.

When performing yarn splicing, first, the double yarn 3 on the side of the winding package 4 is suctioned and held by the suction mouth 12 and guided to the front of the yarn splicing device 6 by its rotation. 3b is separated into left and right by the double thread separating device 15, and the separated constituent threads 3a and 3b are held by clamp devices 19, 19. Next, the yarn feeding package 1, the yarn 2 on the 1 side
a, 2b are suction-held by the relay pipe 11, guided by the rotation to the front of the yarn splicing device 6, and gripped by the clamp devices 20, 20.

Next, by turning the thread shifting lever 27, the double thread 3
The component yarns 3a, 3b and the yarns 2a, 2b on the yarn feeding side are inserted into the guide grooves 13a to 13c, 14a to 14c and the yarn splicing holes 9, 9 of the yarn splicing nozzles 7, 7. In this case, the component yarns 3a, 3b of the double yarn 3 and the yarns 2a, 2b on the yarn feeding side are connected to the yarn splicing holes 9, 9 of the yarn splicing nozzles 7, 7.
It is preferable to form an enlarged guide (not shown) in the slit 8 of the yarn splicing hole 9 so that the thread can be inserted securely into each of the thread splicing holes 9. During this thread shifting, the slackening member 29 formed on the take-up side lever piece 27a of the thread shifting lever 27 presses one of the constituent threads 3a of the double thread 3, resulting in a U-shaped slack 3x as shown in FIG. occurs.

Next, the cutter devices 21 and 24 operate to remove the component yarns 3a and 3b of the double yarn 3 and the yarns 2a and 2b on the yarn feeding side.
When the thread is cut, the cut thread waste is transferred to the relay pipe 1.
1 and the suction mouth 12, and the cut yarn ends of the component yarns 3a and 3b are suctioned to a common untwisting nozzle 26, and the yarn feeding side yarn ends 2a and 2b are suctioned to untwisting nozzles 23 and 23, respectively. The thread ends are untwisted. In this case, the yarn end is connected to the untwisting nozzle 2.
The thread shifting lever 27 may be moved back in the direction away from the thread so that the thread is sucked deeply into the threads 3 and 26.

After this untwisting is completed, the yarn shifting lever 27 further rotates in the direction approaching the yarn, so that the untwisting nozzle 2
3, pull out the thread end in 26, and press the thread presser lever 28.
As the two yarns turn, the leading end portions of both corresponding yarn ends are overlapped within the yarn splicing holes 9, 9, and the untwisted portions are set in an overlapping state. Next, the yarn ends are spliced together by the action of compressed air blown into the splicing holes 9, 9. After this yarn splicing is completed, the clamp devices 19 and 20, the yarn shifting lever 27, and the presser lever 28 are returned to their original positions, and when winding is started, the constituent yarns 3a and 3b are pulled together, thereby eliminating the slack 3x of one of the constituent yarns 3a. As shown in FIG. 6, one seam 30a is displaced from the other seam 30b by that amount, and the film is wound up in this state. In this way, the corresponding yarn ends are spliced individually, and each seam is 30
Since the positions of a and 30b are shifted, the seams 30a and
The thickness of the thread 30b can be reduced, improving the appearance and preventing thread breakage in subsequent processes.

Note that FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the yarn splicing device 6. In this embodiment, the double yarn 3 on the winding side is sucked and held by the suction mouth 12 and guided to the front of the yarn splicing device 6, and is gripped by the clamp device 19, and the yarns 2a and 2b on the yarn feeding side are In the aligned state, the yarn is suction-held by the relay pipe 11 and guided to the front of the yarn splicing device 6, and in the aligned state, it is gripped by the clamp device 20.
Then, by turning the yarn shifting lever 27, the yarns 2a, 2b and the double yarn 3 on the yarn feeding side are moved into the guide grooves 13a, 13b, 14a, 14 formed in the guide plates 13, 14.
The yarns 2a, 2a and 2a on the hourly yarn feeding side are respectively inserted into
The component yarns 3a and 3b of the double yarn 3 and the double yarn 3 are separated and inserted into the yarn splicing holes 9 and 9 of the yarn splicing nozzles 7 and 7, and one of the component yarns 3a is loosened 3x as in the previous embodiment. It is starting to be granted. In addition, the yarns 2a and 2b on the yarn feeding side and the constituent yarns 3 of the double yarn 3
a and 3b are cut by the cutter devices 21 and 24, respectively, and the cut yarn ends on the yarn feeding side are sucked into a common untwisting nozzle 23, and the yarn ends of the component yarns 3a and 3b are also sucked into a common untwisting nozzle 26. untwisted,
Thereafter, yarn splicing is performed in the same manner as in the previous embodiment.
