コンバインに用いるものに関する。

る経年変化などにより、刈刃単位体が上方に浮き
上がり、受刃単位体との茎稈切断部分に隙間が生
じ、切れ味が低下したり、破損してしまうなどの
欠点があつた。

が、全稈投入型コンバインの刈取装置は、受刃単
位体の取付ピツチが長く、刈刃の往復ストローク
も大きくなつて、騒音や振動が大となり、比較的
小型で軽量な自脱型コンバインでの実用は無理で
あつた。そこで前記ピツチを短くさせると、騒
音、振動の低減や刈刃単位体が浮き上がる弊害は
抑制できるけれども、固定物であつてしかも前方
突出状態の受刃単位体の先端が肉厚であつて、し
かも間隔が狭いので、刈取作業において雑草など
が引つ掛かり滞留しやすく実用上では難があつ
た。
