(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, according to the above-mentioned conventional method, a vortex is generated in the firebox due to the exhaust gas, and the combustion exhaust gas does not flow smoothly, so that it enters the room from the opening b as shown by the chain line. As the heat exchanger overflows, air from inside the room enters, lowering the temperature of the combustion exhaust as it passes through the heat exchanger, resulting in poor thermal efficiency.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention aims to solve all of the above-mentioned disadvantages, and provides a burner in which a red-hot surface is disposed in a combustion chamber whose front side is opened into the chamber, and a red-hot surface is arranged opposite to the opening. A firebox is provided above the burner to which an exhaust pipe for discharging exhaust gas outdoors is connected. Inside, there is a combustion exhaust receiver which is located above the burner and gradually becomes higher toward the front to guide the combustion exhaust of the burner to the front half of the firebox, and a combustion exhaust receiver which is installed upward from the front end of the combustion exhaust receiver. A guide plate is provided that includes a guide section that allows the combustion exhaust gas guided to the front half to rise up the front half, and the raised combustion exhaust is guided through the gap formed between the upper end of the guide section and the ceiling surface of the firebox. The exhaust pipe is configured to lead to the exhaust pipe through the

(Function) The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, whereby the glass rod arranged like a fence prevents the combustion exhaust from overflowing forward until it reaches the firebox as much as possible. Then, the combustion exhaust gas is guided to the front half of the firebox by the guide plate, rises, and is guided to the outlet of the firebox, and due to the draft effect caused by this rise, the combustion exhaust gas that has reached the firebox once reaches the firebox. It will not leak back into the room. Furthermore, since the glass rods arranged like a fence suppress the inflow of indoor air into the combustion exhaust, the temperature of the combustion exhaust reaching the heat exchanger is maintained at a relatively high temperature, and thermal efficiency is maintained at a good level.

Furthermore, by connecting the exhaust pipe to the rear half of the firebox so as to face it, when outside air flows backward from the exhaust pipe, the outside air is guided into the rear half of the firebox, which is once partitioned by the guide plate. Since this rear half is a space surrounded by the combustion exhaust receiving part and the guide part, it functions as a buffer chamber that receives outside air, weakening the flow velocity of the outside air in the latter half and allowing it to slowly overflow into the combustion chamber through the gap. This prevents outside air from entering the combustion chamber straight and reaching the red-hot surface of the burner at a high flow rate. Therefore, even if the outside air flows backward into the combustion chamber, the outside air will flow out forward through the gaps between the glass rods arranged like a fence, and even if some of it reaches the red-hot surface, the flow rate will be low. is weakened, so the combustion flame on the red-hot surface remains stable.

Therefore, in the present invention, a guide plate 15 is provided in the firebox 7 to guide the combustion exhaust from the burner 4 to the outlet 7a, and a plurality of glass rods 16 are arranged in front of the red-hot surface 4a at appropriate intervals so as to form a fence. Specifically speaking, the guide plate 15 is divided into a combustion exhaust receiving part 15a that gradually becomes higher toward the front and a guide part that extends upward and reaches near the outlet 7a. 15b, the combustion exhaust receiving part 1
5a, the combustion exhaust from the burner 4 is once guided to the front half of the firebox 7, and the combustion exhaust guided to the front half rises upward along the guide portion 15b to produce a draft effect. . Furthermore, the guide section 1
A gap is formed between the upper end of firebox 5b and the ceiling surface of firebox 7, and the rising combustion exhaust gas is guided to the exhaust passage 5 through the gap. In addition, a plurality of glass rods 16 are integrally supported by upper and lower assembly frames 16a and 16b, and according to this,
As described in the section on the function, the combustion exhaust from the burner 4 is prevented from overflowing forward by the glass rod 16 and is directed upward to the firebox 7, and further inside the firebox 7 by the action of the guide plate 15. Since the combustion exhaust gas is guided to the outlet 7a of the heat exchanger 7, the combustion exhaust gas flows smoothly from the opening 3 without any leakage, and the inside of the heat exchanger 12 is not cooled by indoor air flowing in. The thermal efficiency of the warm air heater 1 is maintained well. In addition, since the rear half of the firebox 7, which is a space partitioned by the guide plate 15, functions as a buffer chamber that receives backflowing outside air, the exhaust pipe 7
Even if the outside air flows backwards from the firebox 7, the flow velocity of the outside air is
It is weakened in the latter half of the guide part 15b and slowly overflows from the gap formed between the upper end of the guide part 15b and the ceiling surface of the firebox 7, so that the outside air does not flow back to the red-hot surface 4a at a high flow rate. . Moreover, even if the outside air weakened in this way flows back to the red-hot surface 4a,
The outside air flows forward through the gap between the glass rods 16 arranged in the shape of a fence, or even if it reaches the red-hot surface 4a, the flow velocity is weakened.
The combustion flame remains stable.

According to the above embodiment, the width of the lower opening of the fire bag 7 is made larger than the width of the burner 4, so that even if a head wind flows into the fire bag 7, it escapes laterally to the red-hot surface 4a. In addition, a through hole 17 is provided in the guide plate 15 to create a force that directs the wind forward even if a head wind flows into the firebox 7.
Furthermore, even if a head wind flows into the firebox 7, the upper assembly frame 16a of the glass rod 16 directs it forward, making it difficult for it to reach the red-hot surface 4a. Made it more stable.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, a guide plate for guiding combustion exhaust from the burner to the outlet and a fence-like glass rod in front of the red-hot surface of the burner are arranged inside the firebox, so that the guide Compared to the conventional type without plates or glass rods, there is no overflow of combustion exhaust to the firebox, the flow of combustion exhaust inside the firebox is smoother, and all of the combustion exhaust is released from the exhaust pipe to the outside. This makes it possible to maintain good thermal efficiency, and since the exhaust pipe is connected to the rear half of the firebox in opposition to it, the headwind once enters the rear half and the flow velocity is weakened, so the headwind does not flow in from the exhaust pipe. Even when the flow rate is high, it does not directly reach the red-hot surface of the burner, and the combustion flame of the burner can be kept stable even when there is a headwind.
