(Prior art) In spinning machines such as ring spinning machines and ring twisting machines, the tube change is automatically performed when the yarn is full, so yarn can be automatically wound around the empty bobbin when restarted after the tube change. As such, it is required that the thread connected to the roller part be connected to the spindle while passing through the traveler. In order to meet this demand, conventionally,
As shown in FIG. 9, it has a cutting blade 1 and a groove 2 around it.
A cutter body 5 is fitted to the lower part of the spindle 6. The cutter body 5 is made up of a regulating part 3 formed with a groove and a tail winding part 4 having a knurling formed on the circumferential surface immediately below the regulating part 3. After the full winding, the ring rail 7 is suddenly lowered to perform slant winding, and then the thread is wound around the tail winding part 4 several times, and when the full winding thread is pulled out, the full winding thread is passed from the tail winding part 4 through the groove part 2. The thread connected to thread 8 was cut by being pressed against the cutting blade 1 under tension.

In such a device, in order to reliably automatically wind thread onto an empty bobbin, it is necessary to securely wind the thread wound around the tail thread winding portion 4 of the spindle 6 so that it does not easily move. Temporarily the butt thread winding part 4
If the tail thread moves with a slight force, the tail thread becomes loose when the ring rail 7 rises to start winding the bobbin, causing the traveler 9 to lose its posture and tend to break the thread at the start of operation. It is. The biggest cause of hindering such reliable winding of the tail thread is the presence of the remaining thread of the tail thread wound around the tail thread winding part 4. That is, although the tail thread winding section 4 of the spindle 6 is knurled on the surface to make it difficult for the tail thread to move, the thread connected from the bobbin B to the tail thread winding section 4 is not cut until the next doffing operation. Therefore, each time the doffing is repeated, a new tail thread is wound on top of the remaining thread. If the tail thread is further wound on top of the previously wrapped tail thread remaining, the effect of securing the tail thread winding position by the knurling is no longer effective, and the tail thread moves with a slight external force and becomes loose. In addition, the remaining tail thread not only reduces the fluctuation regulating effect on the knurling surface, but also causes the end of the remaining tail thread to become entangled with the winding thread when the machine is restarted, causing thread breakage and the generation of fuzz. There is also the inconvenience of being the cause.

Conventionally, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned inconvenience, the remaining tail threads were manually removed using a cutter at regular intervals when the machine was stopped. A tail thread residual thread processing device equipped with a cutting blade that cuts the thread connected to the pipe thread from the tail thread winding part and a brush that can come into contact with the tail thread winding part, such as the device described in the official gazette, or October 29, 1981 Opening to the public in 1977-
This can be done manually during operation of the machine by using a tail yarn residual yarn processing device, etc., which is equipped with a cutting blade that cuts the yarn connected to the tube yarn from the tail yarn winding section, and a suction device, such as the device described in Japanese Patent No. 172076. It has been proposed to treat the remaining threads. However, there is a problem in that it is time-consuming to perform the process manually, which hinders machine automation. Further, as an automatic processing device, U.S. Pat. It is in the retracted position due to its own weight, and when the blow cleaner passes, the airflow blown out from the blow pipe 14 rotates around the leg portion 12, and the tip of the cutter 13 connects with the tail winding thread 15 and the bobbin B. Crossing thread 1
6 is present, and the crossover thread 16 is cut by rotation of the spindle 6.

In this case, the amount of rotation of the cutter 13 is
If the wind speed is strong and the tip of the cutter 13 comes into contact with the spindle 6, it may cause sparks, which is dangerous, while if the wind speed is weak, the tip of the cutter 13 may not reach the crossover thread 16. You will not be able to achieve your goal. Furthermore, since the blow cleaner starts running at the same time as the machine starts operating, the crossover thread 16 is cut when the thread is wound at the lower part of the bobbin B, and the thread scattered from the tail thread winding section 4 is unwound. There is also the inconvenience that the thread gets tangled with the take-up thread, causing thread breakage and fuzz.

(Function) In this invention, when the tail thread wound around the tail thread winding part of the spindle is cut and scattered, the ring rail is set at a time when the scattered thread has little effect on the thread being wound. While rising to a predetermined height, the remaining yarn cutting device waits at one end of a guide rail arranged along the spindle row, and only the cleaning body reciprocates along the spinning machine table. Then, when the ring rail has risen to a predetermined position and it is time to process the remaining yarn, the engagement rod installed in the cleaning body can engage with the engagement part of the residual yarn cutting device. The residual yarn cutting device travels along the guide rail together with the cleaning body in a state in which the engaging portion of the residual yarn cutting device is engaged. As a result, the cutting blade of the remaining yarn cutting device comes into contact with the crossover yarn, cutting the crossover yarn, and the tail yarn wound around the tail yarn winding section is unwound and scattered as the spindle rotates, and the scattered yarn is is immediately removed from the vicinity of the spindle under the action of the cleaning body that runs together as one. When the crossover yarn is cut by the residual yarn cutting device, the ring rail is located above the position corresponding to the end yarn winding section, so the scattered yarn can be removed without adversely affecting the winding of the spun yarn. be done.

Also, assuming a device that engages a cleaning pipe and a residual thread cutting device, and comparing it with the present invention, the cleaning pipe is generally swingable so that there is no danger even if it hits a worker. As the cleaning pipe swings, the remaining thread cutting device may move irregularly, or the cleaning pipe may disengage from the remaining thread cutting device, resulting in insufficient rigidity. running is unstable. In contrast, in the present invention, the cleaning body and the remaining thread cutting device are engaged through a rigid engagement rod, so that the cleaning body and the remaining thread cutting device move reliably as one and dispose of the remaining thread. It can be done reliably.

Next, the operation of the apparatus configured as described above will be explained. Simultaneously with the start of machine operation, the cleaning body 32 starts reciprocating along the running rail 39 to the end of the machine base 38. At this time, the cylinder 48 is held in a state where the piston rod 47 is retracted, and the damper 4
4 is held at a position where the suction system of the suction pipe 41 is on the floor surface suction pipe 42 side. Therefore,
The cleaning body 32 cleans the machine base with the air flow blown out from the blowing pipe 40 and moves back and forth while sucking and removing fluff, dust, etc. from the floor suction pipe 42. On the other hand, the remaining yarn cutting device 19
Since the cleaning body 32 is placed on the top and rotated to the standby position shown by the chain line in FIG. Since the mating lever 62 is not engaged, the remaining yarn cutting device 19 is held at the standby position, and only the cleaning body 32 moves back and forth.

After a predetermined period of time has elapsed since the start of winding, the ring rail 7 has been raised to a position where winding is not adversely affected even if the end winding thread 15 is unwound from the end winding section 4 and scattered by cutting the crossover thread 16. At this point, the cam 31 provided in the gear end GE engages with the limit switch LS, and the limit switch LS is activated.
Set to ON state. Since the ring rail 7 is designed to gradually rise while making a vertical swinging motion, the limit switch LS, which is turned on by engagement with the cam 31, generates a pulsed ON signal as shown in Fig. 8. is emitted, so the signal is held by a relay that is energized by the first ON signal and maintains the ON state. When the remaining thread cutting device 19 is placed on the rotating shaft 26, that is, the proximity switch PS1 is in the ON state, and an ON signal is issued by the limit switch LS, the solenoid that holds the piston rod 29 of the cylinder 28 in the protruding state is energized. The timer starts counting at the same time. When the solenoid is energized, the piston rod 29 protrudes and the rotation shaft 26 is rotated clockwise in FIG.
0 corresponds to the intermediate peg 17 of the mounting rail 18 and the roller 21 provided on the leg 22 is arranged in an operating position in which it abuts against the spindle rail 10.

On the other hand, if the proximity switch PS2 generates a detection signal for the cleaning body 32 while the limit switch LS is generating an ON signal, the out-end
A solenoid for holding the piston rod 47 of the cylinder 48 disposed above the OE in the protruding state is energized, the cylinder 48 is actuated, and the piston rod 47 is held in the protruding state. When the cleaning body 32 passes through a position corresponding to the cylinder 48 in this state, the protruding end of the rotation support shaft 46 of the damper 44 engages with the piston rod 47 and the rotation support shaft 46 engages with the piston rod 47.
is rotated, and the partition plate 45 is rotated to a position where the suction system of the suction pipe 41 is switched to the residual yarn suction pipe 43 side. As a result, the suction pipe 41 that had been suctioning the floor surface is replaced by the residual thread suction pipe 43.
A suction action is performed from the suction port 43a. When the cleaning body 32 travels to the standby position of the remaining thread cutting device 19, the engagement lever 62 provided on the engagement rod 61 engages with the engagement pin 24 of the remaining thread cutting device 19, and thereafter the cleaning body 32 At the same time, the remaining yarn cutting device 19 starts traveling along the mounting rail 18.
When the remaining thread cutting device 19 runs along the mounting rail 18, its cutting blade 23 passes between the two regulating parts 3 provided on the cutter body 5, so that the cutting blade 23 passes between the two regulating parts 3 provided on the cutter body 5.
To surely cut a crossover thread 16 connected to a pipe bobbin B from a thread bobbin B. When the crossover thread 16 is cut, the tail thread 15 wound around the tail thread winder 4 is unwound and scattered as the spindle 6 rotates, but is immediately removed from the suction port by the action of the remaining thread suction pipe 43. 43a
is removed by suction. Therefore, unlike the conventional device, there is no possibility that the scattered yarn becomes entangled with the yarn being wound and causes yarn breakage.

When the remaining thread cutting device 19 travels together with the cleaning body 32 to the end of the mounting rail 18 and moves above the guide member 37, the remaining thread cutting device 19 engages with the stopper 36 and cannot move from that position toward the gear end GE side. However, the cleaning body 32 is further removed from the gear end GE.
Although an overload is applied to the engagement lever 62 due to the movement toward the side, the engagement lever 62 rotates counterclockwise in FIG. 7 about the engagement rod 61 as the cleaning body 32 advances and engages. Move while avoiding pin 24. Then, after the engagement lever 62 and the engagement pin 24 are disengaged, the cleaning body 32 again starts traveling from the gear end GE side to the out end OE side, and the engagement lever 62 of the cleaning body 32 is left behind again. It engages with the engagement pin 24 of the thread cutting device 19 and travels in the opposite direction.

When the remaining yarn cutting device 19 engages with the stopper 34 again after traveling to the out-end OE side, only the cleaning body 32 reaches the out-end end with the engagement lever 62 avoiding the engagement pin 24 in the same manner as described above. Moving. When the cleaning body 32 moves to the outer end side, the piston rod 47 of the cylinder 48
is held in the protruded state, the pivot shaft 46 of the damper 44 engages with the piston rod 47, and the partition plate 45 allows the suction system of the suction pipe 41 to move from the residual yarn suction pipe 43 side to the floor surface suction side. However, when moving from the out end side to the gear end side again, the remaining yarn suction pipe 43 side is switched to a position where it performs the suction action in the same manner as described above. In the same manner, the remaining thread cutting device 19
After reciprocating with the cleaning body 32 two or three times, the timer expires when the cleaning body 32 waits on the rotating shaft 26. As a result, the piston rod 29 of the cylinder 28 is retracted, the rotation shaft 26 is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. 6, and the remaining thread cutting device 19 is rotated to the standby position. Further, due to the time-up of the timer, the solenoid of the cylinder 48 is also demagnetized and the piston rod 47 is retracted. piston rod 47
The pivot shaft 46 of the damper 44 is connected to the piston rod 4.
7 and the suction system of the suction pipe 41 is on the floor suction pipe 42 side, and then pulled in. The vehicle travels with only the surface suction pipe 42 side performing suction operation. Note that if the remaining thread cutting device 19 is located at a position corresponding to the spindle 6 when the ring rail 7 automatically lowers due to a full winding stop, the ring rail 7 and the remaining thread cutting device 19 will interfere, causing an inconvenience. For automatic descent, the proximity switch PS1 is activated when the descent command signal is ON.
The lowering is performed only when the presence of the remaining thread cutting device 19 is confirmed and the proximity switch PS2 confirms the presence of the cleaning body 32.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and for example, a cam may be attached to a lifting chain winding pulley well known in spinning machines and yarn twisting machines as a means for detecting that the ring rail 7 has been raised to a predetermined position. You can use this to activate the limit switch LS, or use a proximity switch instead of using the limit switch LS. Further, the cleaning body 32 may include only the blowing pipe 40 or the suction pipe 4.
There may be only 1. Even with this alone, the scattered threads are removed from the vicinity of the spindle. The damper 44 may not be provided on the suction pipe 41, and both suction pipes 42 and 43 may be used for constant suction, and the suction pipe 41 may not be divided into two systems: the floor surface suction pipe 42 and the residual thread suction pipe 43. It is also possible to use one suction pipe and provide a suction port for residual yarn suction, which is separate from the suction port for sucking the floor surface, at a height position corresponding to the tail thread winding section 4. Furthermore, as an engagement means between the remaining thread cutting device 19 and the cleaning body 32, instead of the engagement pin 24 and the engagement lever 62, the remaining thread cutting device 19 has an attracted part formed of a magnetic material such as iron. arranged,
An electromagnet may be provided on the engaging rod 61 side at a position corresponding to the attracted portion. In this case, the remaining thread cutting device 19 is rotated at one end of the mounting rail 18 between an operating position where it engages with the engagement rod 61 of the cleaning body 32 and a standby position where it does not engage. The remaining yarn cutting device 19 and the engagement rod 61 can be engaged or disengaged only by turning the electromagnet on and off without providing a shaft.

Effects of the Invention As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the remaining yarn cutting device engages with the engagement rod 61 provided on the cleaning body 32, thereby automatically moving along the spindle row as the cleaning body 32 travels. In addition, the operating timing of the remaining yarn cutting device is such that when the jump yarn is cut and the tail yarn is scattered from the tail yarn winding part due to rotation of the spindle, it will affect the spinning and winding. This is carried out in a short period of time, and the scattered yarn is immediately removed, so that it is possible to reliably prevent the inconvenience of the scattered yarn wrapping around the yarn being wound and causing yarn breakage.
