Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate process by providing an intermediate plate forming a curved shape, two end plates forming a flat shape, and a connection member for connecting the intermediate plate with the end plates. CONSTITUTION:A tread 14 is formed out of a center 14a buckling in arc, straight end parts 14b, 14b, a center part 14C recessed into arc, and of straight end parts 14d, 14d. A riser 15 is formed out of an intermediate plate 10 curved into arc, first and second flat end plates 17, 18, and of first and second connection members 19, 20. Both end parts 14b, 14b of the tread 14 are fitted to a fitting groove 12 for each tread of right and left side plates 11 from the rear side, while both end plates 17, 18 of the riser 15 are fitted to a fitting groove 13 for each riser of the right and left side plates 11 from below, and a staircase is thus formed. The setting of the width size as well as the depth size of the fitting groove 13 and the process thereof are facilitated by fitting the end plates 17, 18 of the riser 15 almost perpendicular to and in the fitting groove 13.

As shown in FIG. 6, the side plate 1 is formed with a horizontal tread plate groove 1a and a vertical fitting plate fitting groove 1b. Both ends of the tread plate 2 are inserted from the rear, and both ends of the sliding plate 3 are inserted into the groove 1b from below. Each groove 1a, 1b is formed to have a width equal to the thickness of the tread 2 and the indentation plate 3. In this case, the upper end of the indentation plate 3 is fitted into the fitting groove 2a (see FIG. 5) formed on the back surface of the tread plate 2, and the indentation plate 3 is fixed to the rear end part of the tread plate 2 with the nail s. To do.

However, in this case, there is a problem that the fitting accuracy between the recess plate 5 and the side plates 6 is deteriorated. That is, as shown in FIG.
Since the arc shape has a circular arc shape, the end portion of the indentation plate 5 is fitted in an inclined state with respect to the indentation plate engagement groove 6b in the side plate 6, and therefore, the indentation plate engagement groove 6b is formed. There is a problem that the width dimension cannot be simply set to the plate thickness dimension, and setting and processing of the width dimension and the depth dimension are troublesome.

As a countermeasure against this, the inventor of the present invention considers that the indentation plate 7 has an arcuate middle portion and flat end portions as shown in FIG. According to this, the width dimension of the fitting plate fitting groove of the side plate may be simply the plate thickness dimension, which is easy to process and does not rattle.
And in this case, the feeling of overhanging is improved and the appearance is further improved.

In the staircase constructed as described above, since the indentation plate 15 is formed in a shape in which the central portion has an arc shape and the end portions have a straight shape, as shown in FIG. As for the end portions (first and second end plates 17 and 18) of the indentation plate 15 to be fitted and connected to the indentation plate fitting groove 13 of the side plate 11, these can be fitted in a substantially right angle relationship. Therefore, the width dimension of the fitting plate fitting groove 13 may be the thickness dimension of the first and second end plates 17 and 18, and the machining thereof is extremely simple. Of course, since the indentation plate 15 has an arc shape, and the tread plate 14 is also formed so that the front edge thereof has an arc shape and both ends thereof have a straight shape, there is a feeling of overhang and the appearance is further improved. ..

In the staircase of the present invention, since the indentation plate is formed in a shape in which the central portion is arcuate and the ends are straight, the relationship between the end of the indentation plate and the side plate is almost the same. It is possible to establish a right-angled relationship, so that the fitting plate and the both side plates can be fitted and connected easily and without rattling. In addition, since the front edge portion of the tread plate is also formed in an arc shape and both end portions are formed in a straight shape, the tread has an overhanging feeling and the appearance is further improved.
