Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate storage, transportation and disposal of a corner pad by forming the corner pad into a L-shape by only one operation of supplying a gas from a gas cock to keep an article away from the wall of a container or package. ール3で区画された各室はガス通路13で連絡している
から全部の室に充填出来る。図2は図1に示すA−A線
で半折して四枚重ねになった状態であり、重なった周縁
シール端8と9に接続し、図に示す底辺の周縁シール5
と平行になる結合シール10が形成される。結合シール
10が形成された後残余の三角形の切除部11は切除さ
れる。これを使用するに当たりガス栓12からガスを注
入するとガスは袋本体20の内部に充満し始めると同時
に結合シール10の抵抗力により屈曲部シール3を支点
として屈曲し、充満完了時は夫々屈曲部シール3の位置
で90゜に屈折してコーナーパットが完成する。

価格面でこれ又問題がある。本発明に係るコーナーパッ
トは使用前は単なるフィルム状であるから前記に比し倉
庫代.運送費等の負担は皆無に等しく廃棄処分も何等問
題にするに当たらない特筆すべきは、栓からガスを注入
する一回の操作のみでL形が完成される事である。特に
包装を必要とする業界では政府指導もあり、発泡スチロ
ールに代わる資材の発見を急がれて居り、本発明は包装
を要する産業界に大きく寄与出来るのでる。

ルと平行に形成し、残余の三角部を切除した事を特徴と
する膨張式コーナーパット。
