レバーの回動操作にて作動杆が前記レリーズ弁に
対して接離方向に直線的に移動するように係合さ
せる一方、前記支持枠又は座板支持体には係合部
材に係脱して、操作レバーの回動角度を選択的に
保持するための弾性体製係止片を設けたことを特
