【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は、電気機器の端子カバー装置の改良

従来のこの種の端子カバー装置としては、例え
ば特開昭62−035469号公報の第５図に示されたも
のがあり、これを第３図イ，ロに基づいて説明す
る。即ち、図において、１は上面に数個（図では
５個）の操作穴５を配設した電気機器の外かく
（本体）で、上記各操作穴５には各々端子金具２
と端子ねじ３などからなる接続部４を収納してお
り、上記外かく１の上面１０３側からねじ回しで
端子ねじ３が操作できるようになされている。６
は上記接続部４へ人が不用意に触れて感電するの
を防止するため、外かく１の上面１０３に取付け
られて操作穴５を覆う端子カバーである。そして
この端子カバー６は両端に舌片６１，６２を有
し、更に操作穴５に対応する部位に、端子カバー
６を外かく１に取付けたままで通電状態及び絶縁
状態を接続部４毎に測定するための数個の試験用
小穴６３が配設されている。

点を有している。

を外かく１の張出部１０１，１０２から引出しで
きるように構成したものである。

接続部４と、端子カバー６の両端部６１，６２に
対応する張出部１０１，１０２とを有するが、新
規に上記端子カバーの取外し穴６４に対応した位
置に通し穴１０７が設けられている。この通し穴
１０７はねじ回し７の最大径部l1が端子カバー６
の下方に位置するまで支障なく取外し穴６４に差
込める大きさと深さに形成されている。

ぞませてから嵌め込み取付ける。次に端子カバー
６を取外すには、第２図イに実線で示すように、
ねじ回し７の先端を端子カバー６の取外し穴６４
にねじ回し７の大径部l1が端子カバー６の下方に
くる深さまで挿入し次に矢印Ｂ方向にねじ回し７
を約90度回転させ、破線で示す如く取外し穴６４
の小径部L2の下にねじ回し７の大径部l1を対応さ
せてからねじ回し７を持上げる。しかるとき端子
カバー６の中央部がねじ回しの大径部l1によつて
持上げられて第２図ロに一点鎖線で示したように
彎曲する。彎曲すれば、端子カバー６の端部６
１，６２と外かく１の張出部１０１，１０２との
係合が解除され、端子カバー６が取外される。こ
のときねじ回し７の先端は、端子カバー６の取外
し穴６４の中に入つたままであるから、従来のも
ののように端子カバー６が跳びはねたり脱落する
