【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は、電気機器の端子カバー装置の改良

従来のこの種の端子カバー装置としては、例え
ば特開昭62−035469号公報の第5図に示されたも
のがあり、これを第3図イ,ロに基づいて説明す
る。即ち、図において、1は上面に数個(図では
5個)の操作穴5を配設した電気機器の外かく
(本体)で、上記各操作穴5には各々端子金具2
と端子ねじ3などからなる接続部4を収納してお
り、上記外かく1の上面103側からねじ回しで
端子ねじ3が操作できるようになされている。6
は上記接続部4へ人が不用意に触れて感電するの
を防止するため、外かく1の上面103に取付け
られて操作穴5を覆う端子カバーである。そして
この端子カバー6は両端に舌片61,62を有
し、更に操作穴5に対応する部位に、端子カバー
6を外かく1に取付けたままで通電状態及び絶縁
状態を接続部4毎に測定するための数個の試験用
小穴63が配設されている。

上げて端子カバー6を彎曲させ、舌片61,62
を外かく1の張出部101,102から引出しで
きるように構成したものである。

5内に収納された端子金具2端子ねじ3からなる
接続部4と、端子カバー6の両端部61,62に
対応する張出部101,102とを有するが、新
規に上記端子カバーの取外し穴64に対応した位
置に通し穴107が設けられている。この通し穴
107はねじ回し7の最大径部l1が端子カバー6
の下方に位置するまで支障なく取外し穴64に差
込める大きさと深さに形成されている。

ぞませてから嵌め込み取付ける。次に端子カバー
6を取外すには、第2図イに実線で示すように、
ねじ回し7の先端を端子カバー6の取外し穴64
にねじ回し7の大径部l1が端子カバー6の下方に
くる深さまで挿入し次に矢印B方向にねじ回し7
を約90度回転させ、破線で示す如く取外し穴64
の小径部L2の下にねじ回し7の大径部l1を対応さ
せてからねじ回し7を持上げる。しかるとき端子
カバー6の中央部がねじ回しの大径部l1によつて
持上げられて第2図ロに一点鎖線で示したように
彎曲する。彎曲すれば、端子カバー6の端部6
1,62と外かく1の張出部101,102との
係合が解除され、端子カバー6が取外される。こ
のときねじ回し7の先端は、端子カバー6の取外
し穴64の中に入つたままであるから、従来のも
ののように端子カバー6が跳びはねたり脱落する

形状に合わせた大径部と小径部とからなる偏平な
取外し穴を設けたことを特徴とする電気機器の端
