(Prior art) Conventionally, when X-rays are taken on a patient from under the bed in conjunction with X-ray angiography or surgery, unprotected areas such as the hands, thyroid gland, and eyes of the operator are exposed. Because X-rays are affected by large amounts of radiation exposure, it has been considered that one way to protect the operator from X-ray exposure is to cover the patient in bed with lead-containing cloth as a sheet. Although it is useful for protection, it is easily soiled, and adhering dirt cannot be easily cleaned, and blood adhesion cannot be cleaned, and gas sterilization denatures the lead-containing cloth, making it unsanitary and unsuitable for reuse. It is uneconomical.

(Purpose) The purpose of this invention is to open the imaging area as a means of protecting the operator from X-ray exposure when X-ray imaging is performed on the patient from below the bed in conjunction with X-ray angiography or surgery. By simply placing it over the patient, it not only provides extremely high X-ray protection for the operator, but also
Furthermore, after surgery, catheters, surgical instruments, and measuring tools can be removed while still attached, making them convenient to handle, as well as allowing for easy cleaning of adhering dirt and blood, and sterilization without denaturation, allowing for long-term use. The object of the present invention is to provide X-ray protective sheets that are economical, demandable, and practical and can be washed and reused hygienically over time.

(Function) Since the present invention is constructed as described above, during X-ray angiography or surgery of the heart, abdomen, etc., the window hole H provided in the center can be used to
Simply place the product over the area to be radiographed and place it over it, allowing X-rays and surgery to be carried out from under the bed through the window hole H.
The surrounding area is protected from X-rays,
Exposure to unprotected parts of the surgeon such as the hands, thyroid gland, and eyes is greatly protected.
In addition, since the slit S part is provided from the window hole part H to one side, both sides of the slit part S can be opened from the window hole part H. By opening a certain part, the window hole can be opened after surgery. This product can be easily removed while the catheter, surgery, and measurement instruments that pass through part H are attached.

In addition, since the area around the sheets is sealed, there is absolutely no chance of dirt, blood, or bacteria getting inside, so they can be washed by soaking them in water, making them completely hygienic. Blood can be easily washed away, allowing for long-term reuse in a completely hygienic manner.

(Effects) As described above, this product only needs to be placed over the patient's bed by positioning the window hole H over the area to be imaged when performing X-ray angiography or X-ray photography in conjunction with surgery. , It is really easy to use, and furthermore, because of the presence of the slit S, it can be opened from the window hole H.
Since the catheter, surgical instruments, and measuring instruments can be easily removed after surgery, it is extremely convenient to use and handle, and it also greatly reduces exposure to unprotected areas such as the surgeon's hands. and its safety is high. Experimentally, in the case of abdominal angiography, the exposure dose to the operator is reduced by 93% for the hand (finger) and 66% for the thyroid gland, and the air dose rate at the operator's position is reduced depending on the height. Although there are differences, the average is 54-97
%, and a large radiation protection effect for the operator can be obtained.

In addition, this product in particular has the above-mentioned sanitary treated layers 1 and 1' on its surface, so dirt does not easily stick to it, and dirt and blood can be easily removed by washing with water. sanitary processing layer 1,
1′ plastic resin sheet material 4 related to two layers,
4' is extremely durable due to the surface treatment, and the surface layer of the sanitary treatment layers 1, 1 prevents resin discoloration and resin degeneration during cleaning and gas sterilization treatment,
It has excellent recyclability and long-term usability, and since the entire periphery is sealed using the materials 4 and 4', it is completely hygienic as it can be cleaned and gas sterilized because dirt, blood, etc. can never get inside. It is extremely convenient and economical as it can be recycled and reused, and since the lead-containing cloth 5 with a built-in seal does not degenerate or age, it has excellent long-term durability. Since it only requires seal processing, it is easy to produce, inexpensive, and mass-producible, and when combined with reuse, it is very economical and greatly contributes to the protection and safety of the surgeon.
