れるようになつている。また係止部18が被係止
部19に係止している状態で、操作部7を操作し
てロツクピン5を弾性係止力に抗して引き下げる
と、ロツクピン5の先端が下レール6b内に突入
するようになつている。なお操作部15に突設し
た軸体14はヒンジ体3に設けた縦長孔20内を
