Abstract

PURPOSE:To curve the insole along the sole of the user by using the body weight of the user and to recover it flatly by heating by laminating the insole with a cushion-like continuous foaming body impregnated with a thermoplastic adhesive and an expandable surface cloth. CONSTITUTION:A shoe insole is constituted by laminating a cushioning continuous foaming body 1 impregnated with thermoplastic adhesive and an extendible surface cloth 2. The continuous foaming body 1 is made of cushioning material such as latex foam, soft rubber foaming body and the like. As thermoplastic adhesive agent for impregnating the foaming body 1, polyacetic acid vinyl, thermoplastic polyurethane or the like can be used. The foaming body 1 is coated with thermoplastic adhesive as emulsion or a solution and then the foaming body 1 is impregnated with the thermoplastic adhesive via a continuous foaming body 11. The expandable surface cloth 2 is constituted of a tricot woven cloth to be integrally laminated on the foaming body 1 when forming the foaming body 1. The laminated member is punched with a punching die corresponding to the size of insole to form a shoe insole.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, rubber latex foam, EVA
A sock insole that is curved and formed along the shape of the sole with a foam urethane foam is generally known. However, when molding such an insole, it is necessary to mold using an expensive mold for each size, resulting in high cost,
In addition, since it is a mold molding, it is practically impossible to accurately curve and mold it according to the shape of the sole of an individual, and the fit to the foot is insufficient.

In the present invention, the thermoplastic adhesive to be impregnated in the foam 1 is polyvinyl acetate, polymetal methacrylate, ethylene vinyl acetate, a copolymer, a styrene butadiene block copolymer, 1.2. Polybutadiene, thermoplastic urethane, etc. are used. If these adhesive thermoplastic adhesives are applied to the foam 1 as an emulsion or a solution, they can be easily impregnated into the foam 1 through the open cells 11 formed in the foam 1. .. The impregnation is performed by immersing the open-cell foam 1 in an adhesive thermoplastic resin emulsion or solution, or by coating and impregnating the foam or foam 1 with the emulsion or solution and drying and solidifying. Done. In the present invention, it is preferable to select a thermoplastic adhesive having a softening temperature of 50 ° to 100 ° C, as long as the softening temperature is lower than that.
The adhesive that compresses and solidifies the curved insole when used softens at ambient temperature to restore the insole to a flat plate shape, and when the softening temperature rises above that, the curved insole compresses and solidifies. This is because the foam 1 forming the insole may be deteriorated by heating when the adhesive being applied is softened and recovered into a flat plate shape.

In the present invention, the stretchable outer cloth 2 is composed of a tricot knitted cloth, other knitted knitted cloth, a woven cloth woven of elastic fiber yarn such as spandex. These surface cloths 2 may be integrally laminated and molded at the time of molding the foam 1, or may be laminated by the adhesive after the foam 1 is impregnated with a thermoplastic adhesive and solidified.

Since the insole of the present invention is constructed as described above, when it is inserted into a shoe and used, the stretchable outer cloth 2 is stretchable in accordance with the shape of the sole of the individual when worn. Then, the foam 1 is compressed, and the foam 1 is compressed and fixed by the thermoplastic adhesive impregnated in the foam 1 through the open cells 11. The foam 1 is curved along the sole shape of the individual on the surface of the insole. A surface is formed. Also, if other people use this insole,
When the insole curved in this manner is heated above the softening point of the thermoplastic adhesive impregnated in the foam 1, the adhesive softens and melts to lower the adhesive strength, and the foam 1 Due to the elastic recovery force, the foam 1 is uncompressed and fixed and is restored to a flat plate shape. When this is inserted into a shoe and used by another person, it can be similarly curved and formed along the shape of the sole of another person. Moreover, in the insole of the present invention, since the laminated material of the foam 1 and the stretchable outer cloth 2 is simply punched and cut for each size,
No expensive mold is required, and the molding is simple and the cost is low.
