し込まねばならないこと、○ハスライダー6と係止
体12を同時に軸内部へ挿入する場合にスライダ
ー6が押圧されて係止体12はスライダー6によ
つて運ばれる状態となるので係止体12はスライ
ダー6の中空部13の内部では後退した態勢とな
り組み付け完成状態では係止体12に対しスライ
ダー6が前進した状態となりリフイール2の筆記
部4が軸先端口5から突出状態となるのでその後
に係止体12のボタン部8を押して筆記部4を軸
内部に没入させる余分な作業が必要となること等
の欠点があつた。本考案は斯かる欠点を改善して
組付作業が容易化して生産性が向上するボールペ
ンの提供を目的とする。

態でその中空部に対し略全体が連通して係止体の
挿入が可能となり且つ軸筒内面部に対する支持片
部の当接箇所の後方近傍にその前端位置を設定し
た通孔を設けたことを特徴とするボールペンを構
成することにより上記目的を達成するものであ
る。

納され、その中空部13の上側面部及び下側面部
の夫々の開口部を孔7及び通孔20に対向せしめ

欠溝16と略同一幅の突出部24を設けてその両
横側壁に係止リブ25を設け、又下側面部にスリ
ツト26により挟まれたバネ板部27を設けてそ
の外面前端部に係止フツク28を設けている。天

軸後端口14にその突出部24を切欠溝16に嵌
入せしめた状態で押し込められ、その係止リブ2
5及び係止フツク28を弾性変形により夫々軸1
の鍔18の前方内面部に設けた係止溝29と前述
の係止孔21に係合せしめて固定されスライダー
6を抜け止めしている。係止体12は、バネ片部
30と支持片部11が略コ字状に連なつてバネ片
部30の先端にスライダー6の係止部9の内面と
同勾配に傾斜した係止片部10を設け、その後方
のバネ片部30の上面部にボタン部8を設け、支
持片部11の先端がボタン部8より僅か後方に位

タン部8が孔7に嵌入して係止体12の装着が完

で従来例のように組付後にボタン部を押して筆記
部を軸内部に没入させるという余分な作業が不要
となること等の利点があり、よつて全体的に組付
工程を簡易化して生産性を向上させる作用効果が
ある。
