【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案はノツク式筆記具に使用される水性ボー
ルペン等のリフイールの改良に関する。

める弊がある。また空気孔はリフイールの先方側
に設けたものとリフイールの後端に嵌着された尾
栓等に設けたものがある。そこでインクの蒸発を
防ぐために前者の場合はチツプと空気孔を同時に
密閉するキヤツプ式の筆記具に適用されている。
また後者の場合はインクの蒸発を抑制するために
細くかつ長い空気流通路を構成する手段がこうじ
られているが、長期間置かれた場合、インクの蒸
発は徐々に進行し寿命を縮める。またインクの蒸
発はチツプの先端よりも起こり、インクの蒸発と
ともにボール部の直下が乾燥して筆記したときか
すれるといつた問題も引き起こす。従つてこの種
のリフイールはアルミニユウムの薄膜を主材とし
たフイルムに熱シール等で封入し、使用時に封入
状態を解いてノツク式筆記具等に搭載するように
している。しかしながらフイルムの封を解く方法
は扱い上不便であり、またリフイールを軸に搭載
した筆記軸全体をフイルムで封入する方法もある
が内部が見えずユーザーに対して表示性を欠くな
ど難点が多い。なお透明性のあるフイルムはイン
クの蒸発に対しての抑制力は著しく劣る。

後端を尾栓で密嵌して、さらに前軸部にインク内
蔵部と連通する横孔を設け、先端を閉塞したキヤ
ツプ状の筒体を前軸部に密嵌して取付け、前軸部
の外周と筒体の内周との間に横孔と連通して空間
部と縦溝を適宜形成してチツプ先方部位に至る空
気流通路を形成してリフイールを構成し、ノツク
式筆記具に搭載して筆記する際はノツクして先端
部を突出させて先端の閉塞部を除去するようにし
たこと。

22を保持したチツプ21の後端部23が固着さ
れている。またチツプ21にはボール部22の略
直下に至りインク誘導芯24が挿入され後方部位
は小径部8内後端に設けたアンダーカツト部13
で保持され、さらに小径部8の後方の中径部9内
で、アンダーカツト部13の後端より伸びた案内
筒部12を貫通して大径部29の内径部まで突出
している。一方、後軸部11の後端よりインクを
充填したインク吸蔵体25が挿入され、その前端
面は大径部29内先端のリブ17に略当接し、上
記インク誘導芯24の後端はインク吸蔵体25の
前端より適宜没入している。また後軸部11の後
端孔には先端に切欠き部7と外周に周リブ6を備
えた尾栓5が周リブ6で密嵌して固着され、尾栓
5の先端はインク吸蔵体25の後端面に略当接し
ている。ところで、大径部29の略後方には円周
状の溝で空間部14が形成され、さらに溝内で内
孔部に連通する横孔15が形成されている。また
横孔15と略180°反対側で空間部14と連通して
大径部29と中径部9の外周には縦溝16と1
6′が設けられている。またリフイール本体2の
内孔部にはインク吸蔵体25の前後端を空気流通
可能とする空間部が設けられ、特に上記横孔15
が位置する部位には適宜空間が保てるよう内孔部

設定されている。また先端を閉塞した先端部27
を有したキヤツプ状の筒体で上記リフイール本体
2と同質の樹脂成形品で形成されたリフイール前
筒3がチツプ21、小径部8、中径部9、大径部
29を収納かつ密嵌して固着されている。またリ
フイール前筒3の内径部でチツプ21の外周に密
嵌する部で縦溝18′が、小径部8に密嵌する部
で縦溝18が設けられ、さらにチツプ21の後方
と小径部8の後端と中径部9の後端とに於いてリ
フイール前筒3の内径との間に先端側より空間部
20′、空間部20、空間部19が形成されてい
る。以上により第1図に示す矢印Aで先端部27
をカツトし除去したとき径部28の先端に空気孔
26が形成されリフイール本体2の内孔部と空気
孔26の間には上記横孔15と空間部、縦溝等に
より連通した空気流通路が形成される。(第2図
参照) なお、第1図に示す後軸部11の後方に形成さ
れた係止突起4は当該リフイール1がノツク式筆
記具に搭載されたとき筆記具に設けられた係止部
と係止して先端部を筆記具の先端より突出させる
ように設けたもので本考案の要旨とは特に関係な
い。
