破損する問題があつた。本考案はこの問題の解決
を第一の目的とする。次にフアイル状態ではパイ
プ7の位置から側板3及び閉込板8のそれぞれの
上縁までの箇所が基板2に対して略垂直状態にな
り書類10等の見開きが悪い欠点があつた。本考
案はこの欠点の解消を第二の目的とする。さらに
本考案は前記第一の目的を達成する手段を設ける
ための加工を併せて容易化することを第三の目的
とする。

に該傾斜部を含む内面部の所要箇所に絞り加工に
よる凹部を設けて該凹部内にそれぞれパイプ及び
ピンの基端部をかしめ等により固着したことを特
徴とするものである。

の一側縁部の係止板4の内側位置には係止板4の
起立状態を保持するために基板2と一体的な支持
板6が折曲されて立設されている。側板3は上辺
部に沿つて外側へ適宜な角度折曲した傾斜部3a
を設け、またこの傾斜部3aを含む内面部の両側
端近傍にそれぞれ絞り加工によつて凹部3bを設
け、該凹部3bの内部にそれぞれパイプ7の基端
部をかしめにより固着してパイプ7を側板3に対
して略垂直に突設している。従つてパイプ7の基
端部のかしめ座7aは凹部3bの内部に隠れてい
る。パイプ7の先端部は後記の閉込板8のピン9
の挿入を容易化するために斜めに切欠されてい
る。係止板4は起立した状態における上縁中央部
に内面側へ屈曲したフツク片4aを設けている。
閉込板8は側板3と同様に上辺部に沿つて外側へ
適宜な角度折曲した傾斜部8aを設け、またこの
傾斜部8aを含む内面部の両側端近傍にそれぞれ
絞り加工によつて凹部8bを設け、該凹部8bの
内部にそれぞれピン9の基端部をかしめにより固
着してピン9を閉合板8に対して略垂直に突設し
ている。従つてピン9の基端部のかしめ座9aも
凹部8bの内部に隠れている。尚、閉込板8の傾
斜部8aや前記側板3の傾斜部3aはピン9やパ
イプ7のセンターより多少下方位置から折曲され
ている。側板3の両側のパイプ7の中心線間の間
隔と、閉込板8の両側のピン9の中心線間の間隔
は勿論同一に寸法設定され、ピン9の外径はパイ
プ7の内径よりも勿論小さく寸法設定されてい
る。閉込板8の上縁中央部には係止部4のフツク
片4aに対する係合部8cを設けている。閉込板
8のピン9を側板3のパイプ7に挿入してパイプ
7を基板2に対して略平行に倒すと閉込板8は支
持板6の内側に重なり合う状態に位置するが、こ
のとき閉込板8の傾斜部8aや、閉込板8の内面
部に凹部8bを設けることによつて外面部へ突出
した凸部8dが支持板6に当たることを逃げるた
めに、支持板6の上辺部には閉込板8の上辺部の
傾斜部8aと略同勾配の傾斜部6aを設けると共
に、閉込板8の凸部8dと対向する位置には切欠
部6bを設けている。当該実施例のパイプフアイ
ルの使用方法は従来のパイプフアイルと同一であ
る。

なり、よつて書類等の穴の引つ掛かりが解消され
て書類等の破損が防止される。次に側板及び閉込
板の上辺部に外側方向への傾斜部を設けたので書
類等の見開きが向上することはいうまでもない。
さらに前記の見開きを向上させるために設けた傾
斜部の存在が、前記の書類等の破損を防止するた
めに側板及び閉込板に凹部を設けるための絞り加
工を容易化する。即ち、傾斜部の存在しない平板
に凹部を絞り加工する場合は第5図に示すように
凹部の角部3cの材料の伸びが過大になつてクラ
ツクが発生しやすい欠点があつたが、本考案のよ
うに傾斜部を設けることにより第4図のように凹
部の角部3cの材料の伸びが抑えられるのでクラ
ツク発生の可能性が低くなり、よつて絞り加工が
容易化するものである。これにより金型の加工も
安価で済み、またプレス高速加工が可能となつて
安価な製品の提供が可能となる。また、パイプや
ピンの固着位置の側板及び閉込板が絞り加工され
ることによりその箇所の強度が増大するので外圧
が加わつた場合でも変形が生じにくく、従つてパ
イプやピンの曲がりによる操作性の劣悪化も防止
できる利点がある。
