[Detailed explanation of the invention] (Purpose of the invention) This invention relates to an injection device for an injection container that uses the principle of a shiatsu pump, and is designed to enable easy injection operation similar to an aerosol injection container that uses a propellant. The main objective is to provide a means for acupressure injection that is easy to use.

As can be seen from Publication No. 15217, the principle is to use a piston pump to pump up the liquid in the container, apply pressure with finger pressure, and inject it, so not only does the frictional resistance due to the stroke of the piston be large. Since it is not possible to increase the amount of liquid pumped up with a single stroke, the required amount of liquid cannot be sprayed without repeating the finger pressure operation many times, making the operation uncomfortable.

On the other hand, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 62-83569 describes an acupressure pump injection container that uses a bellows pump instead of the piston pump as described above. Although the use of bellows pumps has the advantage of allowing a relatively large pumping amount to be selected for each stroke of the pump, bellows have poor directional stability when pressed, and as a result, the The disadvantage is that the directionality of the spray nozzle provided on the button is also unstable. In addition, the bellows require a protective tube that does not touch the bellows, and therefore a large space exists between the protective tube and the bellows. Foreign matter such as liquid droplets and dust from the nozzle enters and accumulates in such a space, making it apt to become unclean.

This invention has been able to provide an acupressure pump injection container that does not have these drawbacks of conventional acupressure pump injection containers and can be used with the same light touch and feel as an aerosol injection container.

This device is constructed as described above, and the mouth edge 32 of the elastic cup 3 is fitted and fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the shell wall 22 of the push button 2, and the bottom hole 22 of the shell wall 22 is fitted and fixed.
By fitting and fixing the hole edge 33 of the bottom hole of the elastic cup to the center post 12 of the roof of the mouth, which is loosely inserted into the center post 12 of the palate, the push button 2 is supported by the center post 12 via the elastic cup 3. The shaft hole 11 of the center post has a first check valve 5 that opens a passage only to the outlet side thereof, and the passage 25 of the nozzle 21 of the push button has a second check valve 6 that opens only to the injection port 26 side. are provided inside the push button 2, so that a wide cavity is defined inside the push button 2 by the upper part of the shell wall 22, the concave wall surface of the elastic bowl 3, and the center post 12 above the hole edge 33 of the elastic bowl 3. 24 is formed, while a one-way passage from the liquid suction pipe 4 through the cavity 24 to the spout 26 is formed. Now, assuming that the cavity 24 is filled with the injection liquid, by pressing down the push button 2 with finger pressure, the elastic bowl 3 is deformed as shown in FIG. 2, and the volume of the cavity 24 is reduced. As it contracts, the first check valve 5 closes due to the increase in fluid pressure in the cavity 24 during the contraction, and the second check valve 6 closes.
is opened and the jet liquid is thus ejected from the jet orifice 26 through the passage 25 of the nozzle. When the finger pressure on the push button 2 is released, the push button 2 rises due to the restoration of the shape of the elastic bowl 3, and the volume of the cavity 24 is also restored. The valve 6 is returned to the nozzle passage 25.
is closed to the outside, the first check valve 5 opens, and the injected liquid in the container (not shown) flows into the liquid suction pipe 4.
The air is sucked and replenished into the cavity 24 through the shaft hole 11 of the center post 12. That is, the cavity 2
4 forms the pump chamber of the suction pump and also serves as a preparation storage tank for the injection liquid. Since the nozzle 21 and the injection liquid preparation storage tank are thus close to each other, the injection is performed immediately in response to the operation of the push button 2 without a moment's delay. Further, since the cavity 24 forming the preparation storage tank is surrounded by the shell wall 22 and the wide concave wall surface of the elastic bowl 3, it can be set to a considerably large volume, and therefore, it can be set to a considerably large volume. With multiple finger pressure operations, the desired required amount of propellant can be delivered, comparable to that achieved with an aerosol spray container. Furthermore, since the pressing surface as the pump chamber described above is formed by the concave wall surface of the elastic bowl 3 which has a large area, the stroke of the push button 2 when obtaining the same injection amount is the same as the suction and discharge of the injection liquid. It is much smaller than when using a piston pump. Therefore, also
The positional fluctuation of the nozzle 21 due to finger pressure operation may be relatively small. Furthermore, according to this invention, since the outer circumferential surface of the elastic cup 3 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the shell wall 22, there is no risk of foreign matter entering between them when not in use, and therefore, the elastic cup 3 is always kept clean. You can get a feeling of use. Note that when the lid 1 is first attached to the container containing the injection liquid, the cavity 2 can be closed with several finger pressure operations.
It is self-explanatory that the air in 4 is replaced by the injection liquid.

Next, regarding the illustrated embodiment, 1.
Reference numeral 4 denotes an elastic packing that engages with a convex ring 15 formed on the lower surface of the top wall 13, and when the above-described injection operation is performed with the lid 1 applied to a container (not shown), the pressure inside the container due to the decrease in the injection liquid is reduced. In response to the decrease, a valve consisting of an elastic packing 14 and a convex ring 15 opens, allowing outside air to be introduced through a hole 16 provided in the top wall 13 of the roof of the mouth. Also, in this embodiment, the shell wall 22 of the push button is spherical, but it is of course possible to select other shapes. Furthermore, the bottom hole 2 of the shell wall 22
A partially annular notch 27 is provided in a part of the hole edge 3, as shown by the imaginary line, and a part of the peripheral surface of the center post 12 below the bottom hole 23 in FIG. By providing the small protrusion 17, when the push button 2 is pressed with a finger at a slightly rotated position, the small protrusion 17 acts as a stopper and collides with the edge of the bottom hole 23, making the injection operation impossible. . That is, it is possible to obtain an injection device capable of preventing the injection. Of course, in this embodiment, even in the relationship between the cylindrical wall 28 provided inside the shell wall 22 and the upper part of the center post 12, incorrect injection can be prevented by the connection between the notch 29 and the small protrusion 18 shown in phantom lines. be. However, if it is necessary to rotate the push button 2 in this way, the degree of fitting of the hole edge 33 of the elastic bowl 3 with the center post 12 is selected so that the elastic bowl 3 can rotate with respect to the center post 12. There is a need.

(Effect of the invention) Thus, according to this invention, like the aerosol injection container, not only can the desired injection amount be obtained with one small finger pressure stroke, but the injection immediately responds to the finger pressure action, and Since fluctuations in the nozzle position during operation are relatively small, it is possible to provide an acupressure pump injection container that has both a light and clean feeling of use that is very similar to that of an aerosol injection container.
