(イ) 産業上の利用分野
本考案は、テープレコーダーのカセツト蓋開閉

ツト2側の挿通孔6に挿入されその他端5bがカ
セツト蓋3の脚片3aの挿通孔7に挿入されたト
ーシヨンバネで、該トーシヨンバネ5はその一端
5aとカセツト蓋3の回動軸4とを結んだ線分を
境にして、その他端5b側が線分よりも下にある
場合カセツト蓋3に閉成方向の力を附与し続け、
その他端5b側が線分よりも上にある場合カセツ
ト蓋3に開放方向の力を附与し続けることにな
る。即ち、第7図に示す如くトーシヨンバネ5の
他端5bが線分よりも下にある場合にはトーシヨ
ンバネ5の附勢力Fの分力の内カセツト蓋3の開
閉作用に直接関与する分力Fyがカセツト蓋3の
閉成方向に作用し、トーシヨンバネ5の他端5b
が線分よりも上にある場合にはその分力F′yがカ
セツト蓋3の開放方向に作用することになる。な

つてはそのカセツト蓋の開放角度が小さい場合、
即ち第6図に示す角度θが小さい場合、トーシヨ
ンバネの回動変位量も小さくなつてカセツト蓋の
開閉作用に関与する分力Fy,F′yが共に小さくな
り、カセツト蓋を閉成位置並びに開放位置に維持
する力が弱くなつて斯るカセツト蓋が容易に開い
たりまた閉じたりすると謂つた問題が生じてい
た。特に、斯るカセツト蓋にカセツトが収納され
るホルダー部を設けている場合には、カセツト蓋
を閉成位置に維持する力がより強く必要とされ
る。そこで、トーシヨンバネの附勢力を強力にす
ることが考えられるが、附勢力を強力にすればカ
セツト蓋の開閉作用に関与しない分力Fx,F′xも
増大することになり、カセツト蓋の回動中心に大
きな負荷がかかり、カセツト蓋とキヤビネツトと
の結合外れやズレを生じたり、経時によるカセツ
ト蓋やキヤビネツト本体の変形と謂う幣害が生じ

端側がキヤビネツト側の挿通孔にまた他端側がカ
セツト蓋側の挿通孔に夫々挿通され前記カセツト
蓋をその開放位置並びに閉成位置に回動附勢する
べく該カセツト蓋の開閉動作に伴なつて二位置間
を回動変位するトーシヨンバネとより成るカセツ
ト蓋開閉装置において、前記トーシヨンバネの回
動変位量が大きくなるよう、前記カセツト蓋の開
放位置と閉成位置とでトーシヨンバネの一端(或
いは他端)側をキヤビネツト(或いはカセツト
蓋)側の挿通孔内縁の異なる位置に当接させるよ

このP3位置よりカセツト蓋3が開放方向に回動
すると上方向の分力f′yが生じてトーシヨンバネ
5の他端5bが挿通孔7′内縁を第1図点線位置
の方向に移動し、このP3位置よりカセツト蓋3
が閉成方向に回動すると下方向の分力fyが生じて

開閉動作に伴なつて二位置間を回動変位するトー
シヨンバネとより成るカセツト蓋開閉装置におい
て、トーシヨンバネの回動変位量が大きく出来る
ので、カセツト蓋の開閉角度が小さい場合でも、
斯るカセツト蓋を閉成位置並びに開放位置に維持
する力を強くして十分な開閉節度感を持たせるこ
とが出来る。また、従来の如くトーシヨンバネの
附勢力を必要以上に強くすることもないので、カ
セツト蓋の回動中心に大きな負荷が加わる虞れも
なければ、カセツト蓋とキヤビネツトとの結合外
れやズレが生じたり、経時によるカセツト蓋やキ
