Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は建築物の屋上及び床面等における防水
層の構造に関し、建築物の屋上及び床面等におけ
るモルタル仕上層と防水層の間に排湿機能を付与
した防水構造体に関するものである。

仕上層との間の排湿用空隙は、全面でなく一部し
かなく、かつ不透水層の取付は従来方法による接
着剤等によるものである。

形成すると共にモルタル仕上層と不透水層間に排
湿用空隙を設けたことを特徴とする建築物の防水
構造体である。

いは両端部に設置されたベント口及び立上り口よ
り外気へ放出され、不透水層の脹れ現象等の防止
が可能である。
