Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve processibility of products and shield property by installing a large and a small arcs as a semi-triangular tape guide and a guide for prevention of wire rampage in the exit cross-section of a metal tape pre-forming jig. CONSTITUTION:A guide hole having a metal tape preforming jig exit side hole 62 is formed in the exit side of a metal tape preforming jig 6 and products having stable shielding properties are obtained by extrusion forming while improving processability. Since the tape end sides are on different level by a tape guide, the tape end sides keep a constant piling way and thus the shielding is surely maintained. Also, an insulated conductor wire guide and a drain wire guide are installed, so that disorder of the metal tape due to rampage of the wire is prevented and the forming in the longitudinal direction is maintained and the pitch between wires becomes stable.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention As shown in FIG.
In the conventional method, the exit cross section 4 2 of the preforming jig 4 is a tube provided with only a tape guide, and there is no guide for the insulated conductor 2 and the drain wire 1. Therefore, the insulated conductor 2 and the drain wire 1 are placed inside the tube. It fluctuates vertically and horizontally, and as a result, the tape molding state after extrusion is deformed in the longitudinal direction and becomes non-uniform.
