【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の利用分野〕
本考案は回転磁気ヘツド装置に関し、詳しくは
回転磁気ヘツドとロータリートランスとの信号ラ
インの接続を行なうのに好適な金属接続片に関す

従来、磁気ヘツドは取付けられてなる回転ドラ
ムとビデオ信号等の伝送を行なうロータリートラ
ンスのローターとの接続は実開昭59−39427号公
報に記載の様に、回転ドラムの一面にプリント基
板を設け、又ロータリートランスのローターとを
絶縁被覆した線材により行なつている。

いて、回転磁気ヘツド１を取り付けてなる回転ド
ラム２とロータリートランスのローター４とは回
転軸５及び固定台６に組付け回転駆動するように
構成されている。回転ドラム２には回転磁気ヘツ
ド１との接続用の端子３が取り付けられている。
又一端をローター４に接続をし他端を接続用端子
３に電気接続を取る金属接続片７が組み付けられ
ている。金属接続片７はろう付８，８′により端
子３とローター４とにおのおの電気接続されてお
る。金属接続片７は第２図ａ，ｂ，ｃの様にロー
ター４とのろう付８部の近傍に括れ部７′を付け
てありこの括れ部７′によりローター４の接続ろ
う付８がこの括れ部７′より流れ出ない。以上の
事よりろう８，８′の流れにより回転磁気ヘツド
装置の内部での接触による組立不能の発生を防止
する事が出来る。又括れ部７′，７″を第３図の様
に穴部９′にしても同様の効果がある。 FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the main part of the present invention.
