小径の硬貨よりも大きく、かつ前記大径の硬貨の
径よりも小さい第2の傾斜壁と、該第2の傾斜壁
に対向する位置に突設され、前記傾斜レールの上
流から案内された硬貨を前記第1と第2の傾斜壁
側に押倒す突出壁と、該第2の傾斜壁の下流端と
前記第1の傾斜壁との連結部分に形成され、前記
第2の傾斜壁に接触しつつ前記傾斜レールの下流
方向に転送される硬貨に当接し、該硬貨の進行方
向を変更させる壁部とを有する第1の硬貨通路
と、前記傾斜レールの下流端に配設され、前記突
出壁により前記第1の傾斜壁に押倒され、該第1
の傾斜壁の斜面に当接しつつ転送される大径の硬
貨を案内する第2の硬貨通路と、前記突出壁の下
方で、かつ上流端が前記第1の硬貨通路内に臨ん
で形成され、前記突出壁により前記第2の傾斜壁
に押倒され、かつ前記壁部により前記傾斜レール
下流方向への進行が変更された硬貨を案内する第
3の硬貨通路とを具えたレール式硬貨振分け装置
において、前記第2の傾斜壁の斜面に、該第2の
傾斜壁の下流に向かうに従つて高さが減少する凸
部を形成し、前記突出壁により前記第2の傾斜壁
側に押倒される小径の硬貨を前記凸部に当接さ
せ、小径の硬貨を第2の傾斜壁の下流へ転送され
るに従つて徐々に該第2の傾斜壁の傾斜面に接触
