本願考案はとくに大面積に敷設するのに好適な床材に関する。

【従来技術とその問題】
従来ロール状またはマット状床材を広い面積にわたって施工する時、接着剤
で下地に貼着した後、継目部分はホットメルトシーミングテープ、溶接棒ま
たはシーミング液等で溶接していた。上記の方法により大面積の施工はでき
ても、これらの床材は施工に手間がかかり、着脱は不可能であった。

また、新体操等のスポーツ用において、面ファスナーのループ材をカーペッ
ト表面材裏面に接着して、床下地に面ファスナーの係合部材が固定され、こ
れにより床材を敷設している。しかしこの方法では面ファスナーの剥がれ、
突っ張り、たるみが生じ、床材の下地への好ましい外観と接着性は得られな
かった。

【問題点を解決する手段】
本願は上記問題点を解決した考案で、床仕上げ材裏面にポリエステル不繊布
基布にフイラメント糸がタフトされて得られた４ｍｍ以下のパイル高さのルー
プパイル生機がパイル面を下地接着面側にして接着されており、一方床下地
側には面ファスナーの係合部材が固定され、該ループパイルと係合部材が着
脱可能に係合されたことを特徴とする床材、をその要旨とする。

フック状またはキノコ状の係合部材とループ状部材の組合せによる着脱自在
の面ファスナー例えばベルクロファスナー（日本ベルクロ社製）は公知であ
る。本考案においては上記係合部材とループパイルタフト生機の相対面する
構成員子の組合せにより係合された着脱自在な面ファスナーを使用する。

以下、図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は本考案床材の断面図である。基布２にタフトされたパイル１が形成さ
れ、パイル下方には合成樹脂裏打ち層４が形成されてカーペット床仕上げ材
３が得られる。

このカーペット床仕上げ材を帯状体に裁断形成した例えば長辺が約１５ｍの
カーペット帯状体５が得られる。

裏打ち層の床下地接着面側（以下裏側という）にはループパイル生機８が形
成されている。ループパイルタフテッド生機８は基布６にナイロン、ポリエ
ステル、ポリプロピレンのフイラメントのパイル７をタフテイングする。パ
イル糸として望ましくはナイロンＢＣＦが良い。フイラメントパイル糸を基
布にタフテイングして４ｍｍ以下好ましくは１〜３ｍｍの▲高▼さのループパ
イルの
タフテッド生機を得る。

基布６はポリエステル不繊布で５０〜２００ｇ／ｍ２の坪量が好適である。

このループパイル生機８のままパイル面を下に向けて、カーペットの帯状体
３の裏打ち材の裏側に接着される。このようにして本願考案床仕上げ材９、
９’が得られる。

床材単位の生機８のループパイル７はフイラメントであるので、強く糸切れ
しにくいので耐久性がある。またパイル高さが４ｍｍ以下なので、床材が厚く
ならずジョイントがずれない。また基布６はポリエステル不繊布であるので
寸法安定性が良く本願考案床仕上げ材単位９、９’を安定した状態で敷設で
きる。

なお本願考案において床仕上げ材はカーペット類でなくても良く、ビニル床
タイルやビニルシート床材等の公知の床材でも差し支えない

一方、マット単位の長手方向端縁１０における床仕上げ材単位９、９’の接
合部分に対応する床面にはキノコ状、フック状等の面ファスナーの係止部材
１１、１１’が床面１３に固定されており、ループパイル７と係止部材が係
合することにより、床仕上げ材単位９、９’が着脱可能な面ファスナー１２
によって床面１３に固定される。

このようにして本願考案床材１４が得られる。

図２は図１の施工状態の斜視図であり、１は表面パイル、９、９’は連接さ
れた床仕上げ材単位であり、８は裏打ち材裏面のループパイル生機であり、

上記の方法により本願考案床材を隙間なく施工することができ、また着脱可
能な面ファスナーの構成員子が強固に係合しているので、スポーツ用とくに
新体操用マットとして使用した場合例えば演技者が演技中にマットが長手方
向の継目で外れてつまずく等の事故の起ることなく安全な状態で演技できる。

このように、床面１３上に本考案の床仕上げ材単位９が固定され、この床仕
上げ材単位を複数個並設して例えば正方形のスポーツ用マットを得る。

【本願床材の他の用途】
例えば、下地が土の運動場等の大面積の場所に狭い巾の長尺状人工芝を端

本願の床材を使用すると好適に施工できる。
