(Prior Art) Paper drain method is generally used as a method for improving soft ground. In this construction method, a drain material made of a belt-shaped non-woven fabric is passed through a mandrel and press-fitted into the soft ground, and the drain material is left in the ground and the mandrel is pulled out to drive it into the ground. The ground is improved by draining the water inside. When placing this drain material, an anchor is used to leave the drain material in the ground. Conventional anchors are made of a plate bent into a hook shape, and this is used as a drain material with a metal wire. It was something that could be sewn on.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, recently, a construction method using drain material has been developed to absorb the increase in soil pore water pressure during earthquakes in sandy ground, and this method uses a hollow structure with a large water flow rate. A cross-sectional strip-shaped drain material has been developed.

If conventional hook-shaped anchors made of plate materials were used when driving such hollow, large-section, belt-shaped drain materials, earth and sand would enter the hollow drainage channel from the end face of the belt-shaped drain material during driving, causing problems in the passage of water. There was a problem with the formation of areas where water could not be used.

In view of these conventional problems, the present invention is designed to close the opening at the end of the strip-shaped drain material with a large-diameter hollow cross section, thereby eliminating the intrusion of earth and sand, and furthermore, when the mandrel is pulled out, it strongly digs into the ground. The object of the present invention is to provide an anchor for a strip-shaped drain material that effectively prevents the strip-shaped drain material from coming off.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention in order to solve such conventional problems and achieve the intended purpose is to have multiple passageways in the longitudinal direction and to a plate-shaped anchor plate that comes into contact with an end surface of a belt-shaped drain material that has a belt-shaped core material that has a water flow window that communicates with the water passageway, and covers the outer surface of the belt-shaped drain material with a filter cloth;
The anchor plate includes a plurality of locking protrusions that protrude from the surface of the anchor plate, are insertable into the water passageway, and integrally have a hook portion that is locked to the water flow window, and the anchor plate A belt-shaped anchor for drain material is characterized in that it is formed larger than the outer shape of the end face of a mandrel for driving drain material.

(Function) This belt-shaped drain material anchor is made by inserting the belt-shaped drain material into the mandrel and inserting the locking protrusion into the opening of the water passageway at the lower end of the mandrel, so that the hook part fits into the water passage window of the core material. and is stopped from falling out.
In this state, the anchor plate is pressed into the ground together with the mandrel, with the anchor plate in contact with the lower end surface of the mandrel. When the mandrel is pulled out, the anchor plate protrudes outward from the outer edge of the lower end surface of the mandrel, so it bites into the ground and becomes an anchor, and only the mandrel is pulled out with the strip of drain material remaining in the ground.

and two types of locking protrusions 12 and 13 integrally protruding from one side of the anchor plate 11. Each of the locking protrusions 12 and 13 is provided in a protruding manner so as to simultaneously fit into the separate water passages 1B of the strip-shaped drain material B, and hook portions 12a and 13a are integrally formed on opposite surfaces of the distal ends of the protrusions 12 and 13. As shown in FIG. 4, the anchor A constructed in this manner press-fits the respective locking protrusions 12 and 13 into the passageway 1B of the strip-shaped drain material B inserted through the mandrel 14. As a result, the hook portions 12a and 13a of each of the locking protrusions 12 and 13 engage with the water passage window 1E of the core material 1 and are prevented from coming off. With the anchor A attached to the strip-shaped drain material B in this manner, the anchor plate 11 is brought into contact with the lower end surface of the mandrel 14 and press-fitted together with the mandrel 14 into the ground. When the mandrel 14 is pulled out after press-fitting, the anchor plate 11 protrudes outward from the lower end of the mandrel 14, so it digs into the soil and prevents it from coming off, thereby allowing the strip-shaped drain material B to sink into the ground. Only the mandrel 14 remains and is pulled out, completing the driving of the strip-shaped drain material.

(Effect of the invention) The anchor for a strip-shaped drain material of the present invention is constructed as described above, and has a locking protrusion having a hook portion that is inserted into a passageway opened at the end face of the strip-shaped drain material and is latched to a water passage window. Since it is configured to protrude from the anchor plate, it can be easily attached to the strip-shaped drain material with one touch, and the water passage opening to the strip-shaped drain material can be closed by the anchor plate. This prevents dirt from entering during driving, and since the lower end opening of the mandrel is also closed by the anchor plate, dirt does not enter between the strips of drain material on the mandrel, and when pulling out the strip drain material. As a result, smooth driving is now possible.
