(Prior Art) A catheter consists of a tube or the like that is inserted into the human body for medical purposes. Therefore, when inserting the catheter, it must be inserted by means that minimize the invasion to the patient. , it is necessary to perform the insertion accurately at the position of the human body that is most suitable for the medical purpose, but when it is performed via a tubular organ, it is inserted in a straight line because it follows the shape of the organ. However, since the catheter is made of a relatively flexible material, it is often difficult to insert the catheter. Conventionally, a guide wire or the like is inserted into the lumen of the catheter in advance to make it easier to manipulate the catheter. As a matter of course, the guide wire has a thickness suitable for medical purposes, so even if a guide wire is used as an aid as described above, insertion is still difficult and requires skill on the part of the practitioner. In particular, when the catheter is inserted deep into the human body via a tubular organ, there is resistance due to the peristalsis of the organ, so it is necessary to insert one or more metal balls or ceramic balls so that the catheter can be advanced in accordance with the peristalsis of the organ. It has also been proposed that a distal end portion with a ball embedded therein is provided at the distal end of the tube, and a guide wire insertion passage communicating with the inner cavity of the tube is bored in the distal end portion. However, when advancing a catheter into a complexly winding organ, the conventionally proposed means for preventing the ball embedded in the tip from moving and interfering with guidewire insertion have been proposed using a ball. A connection part and an opening are provided in the ball, and the opening of another ball is slidably fitted into the connection part of one ball, which has the disadvantage that the tip part is not easy to make.

(Problems to be Solved) An object of the present invention is to propose a catheter in which the distal end portion can be easily created and a guide wire can be inserted and removed smoothly.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the distal end portion of the catheter according to the present invention is configured as follows. In other words, the plurality of balls embedded in the tip have a hole in their center and are connected by inserting a spring into each ball hole, so that even if the tip is bent when the catheter is inserted into the human body, the balls will remain at the tip. This prevents movement within the section from interfering with the insertion and removal of the guide wire.

(Example) An example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway view of the main part of the catheter according to the present invention;
FIG. 2 is an end view taken along the line A-A in FIG.
It consists of. The tip 3 has a ball hole 5 in the center.
A plurality of metal or ceramic spherical bodies 4 with perforations
are inserted into each ball hole 5 and connected by a fixed spring 6, and the periphery thereof is covered with a coating 7 so as to form a tip hole 8 that communicates with the lumen 2.

(Effects of the present invention) When inserting a catheter into a human body, especially into a tortuous tubular organ, the tip of the catheter must also be able to bend easily, and even if it is bent repeatedly. It must be such that there are no defects in its functionality. According to the present invention, since the spherical body 4 is connected by the spring 6 inserted into the spherical hole 5 and fixed, the spherical body 4 does not move within the tip, and since the spherical body 4 is connected by the spring 6, it cannot be bent. It does not become an obstacle in the case. In addition, the manufacturing process of the tip is extremely simple, consisting of creating a spherical body 4 having a ball hole 5, inserting and fixing the spring 6, forming the tip hole 8, and covering it with the coating 7, so it can be manufactured at low cost. There are advantages that can be achieved.

Furthermore, if it is not easy to insert or remove a guide wire from the lumen of a catheter during a medical procedure, it will make the procedure more difficult and increase the risk of injury to the patient. For catheters that simply have guide wire insertion passages in multiple metal or ceramic balls,
Since the friction surface between the wall of the insertion passage and the surface of the guide wire is large, it has the drawback that it is difficult to insert and remove it.
In the present invention, since the inner cavity of the spring 6 constitutes the wall of the insertion passage, there is an advantage that the friction surface is reduced and insertion/removal becomes easier. This was confirmed by the following experiment. In other words, a conventional catheter with an insertion passage only provided at the distal end of which the insertion passage has an inner diameter of 2.6 mm (hereinafter referred to as item A) and a catheter according to the present invention in which the spherical hole 5 of each spherical body 4 is A spring 6 with an inner diameter of 2 mm is inserted into the catheter and fixed thereto (hereinafter referred to as item A), and a stainless steel guide wire with an outer diameter of 1.6 mm is inserted into the tip of each catheter. protrude 1 cm from the tip, and approximately the center of the tip is 90 mm.
The load when bending and pulling out was measured. The average value of the 50 experimental results for each catheter was 58.8g for property A, and for property B.
It was confirmed that the weight was 27.1g.
