の外かま回転方向上流側における残された筒部先端から
半径方向外方へフランジが突設される内かまと、 前記内かまの残された筒部先端部分に対し、周方向に連
なるよう形成され、基端部の1個所にばね係止溝が設け
られる周壁、周壁に対し外かま回転方向下流側に間隔を
おき、かつラッチ部材組付凹所を挟んで形成され、基端
部の対向する位置にばね係止スリットが設けられる第
1、第2突部およびこれら周壁および突部と一体形成さ
れる大略半月形の端板を有するボビンケースと、 ボビンケースの端板内面に配置され、ボビンのフランジ
面に当接する制動部を有する板状のばねであって、その
外周に、前記ばね係止スリットおよびばね係止溝と係合
する突片が突設される空転防止ばねとを含むことを特徴
