[Prior Art] Conventionally, a combustion device has a gas burner unit facing a combustion chamber, which is equipped with a combustion section having a large number of flame holes on the front side of a diffusion chamber into which a premixture of air and gas is forcibly introduced. It is generally known that in such a combustion device, if the premixture supplied to the combustion section is not in a rectified state, flame turbulence will occur.
It is also known that noise is generated due to this, and in addition, a system was developed in which a wire mesh or other siren member with a rectifying effect was installed on the back side of the combustion section to prevent the generation of such noise. It is known from the publication No.-43736. In addition, the silent member is composed of a laminated wire mesh or other perforated plate with numerous pores, and each perforated plate is provided with holes larger than the pores at positions that do not overlap with each other to prevent dust etc. from adhering to the perforated plate. Even if

[Function] In the combustion device configured as described above, each perforated plate is spaced apart by the protrusion at the part where each perforated hole is provided, so there is always a space between each perforated plate at each perforated part. An interval is formed. Therefore, even if the pores of the perforated plate become clogged with dust, the perforated holes of each perforated plate do not overlap each other, but are still in communication through the gaps between each perforated plate. Through this, the air-fuel mixture can be continuously supplied to the combustion section.

[0011] In the present invention, the silent member 10 is composed of a perforated plate 10a having numerous pores a such as laminated wire mesh, and each perforated plate 10a is provided with a hole a. In comparison, sufficiently large punching holes 15 are provided at positions that do not overlap each other, and a protrusion 14 is formed on each perforated plate 10a to maintain a distance between the stacked perforated plates 10a at the portion where each punched hole 15 is provided, In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the perforated plate 10a is made of a wire mesh, and two pieces of this wire mesh are attached to a metal frame 13 formed in a rectangular shape that is approximately the same shape as the combustion section 4. Same type of packing 1
2, the upper wire mesh is provided with five holes 15, and around the holes 15 is provided a folded piece extending downward to form the protrusion 14, and the lower wire mesh is made of Five holes 15 in the upper wire mesh
The projections 14 are formed by providing five holes 15 at positions that do not overlap with each other, and by providing folding pieces extending upward around the holes 15. A protrusion 14 was interposed in the center portion including the punched hole portion to form an interval of about 5 mm between the wire meshes.

[0012] The extraction holes 15 are the pores a of the perforated plate 10a.
Even if the diffusion chamber 2 becomes clogged with dust,
The premixed air from the air can be supplied to the combustion section 4 side through this.In this case, each vent hole 15 is blocked by the other perforated plate 10a, but the protrusion 14

[0014] In addition, in this embodiment, wire meshes with different mesh sizes as each perforated plate 10a are used, for example, 10# and 20# wire meshes with a linear diameter of 0.5 mm are used, and the pore positions are shifted. Even if the pores a of each perforated plate 10a are relatively large, the pores a of the silent member 10 as a whole made up of laminated perforated plates 10a are made relatively small to reduce clogging and improve the rectification effect. I made it. However, this may also be done by shifting the pitch of the mesh of the 10# wire mesh by 1/2 or by shifting the direction of the mesh of the wire mesh by 45 degrees.

[0016] In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the silent member 10 is constituted by a perforated plate 10a having countless pores a made of two laminated wire meshes, and the two perforated plates 10a are In addition, holes 15 which are sufficiently larger than the pores a are provided at positions that do not overlap with each other. To explain this, a wire mesh constituting the perforated plate 10a is attached to a rectangular metal frame 13 having approximately the same shape as the combustion section 4, and two of the wire meshes are attached to the metal frame 13.
3 and the same type of packing 12, and holes 15 are provided near both sides of the upper wire mesh in the longitudinal direction, and 1 is placed in the center of the lower wire mesh.
Two parallel protrusions 14, 14 are provided in the upper wire mesh at positions corresponding to the punch holes 15 provided in the lower wire mesh, and two protrusions 14, 14 are provided in the lower wire mesh and in the upper wire mesh. Two protrusions 14, 14 are provided at positions corresponding to the holes 15 provided in the wire mesh, and the peripheral edge between each wire mesh is a packing 12, and each hole in the center is formed downward from the upper perforated plate 10a. A distance of about 5 mm was maintained between the protrusions 14, 14 which bulge out from the top and the protrusions 14, 14 which bulged upward from the lower perforated plate 10a.

[Effect of the invention] In the combustion device having the above configuration, the silent member is composed of a laminated wire mesh or other perforated plate with numerous pores, and each perforated plate has a size sufficiently large compared to the pores. In addition to providing the punched holes in positions that do not overlap each other, we also formed protrusions on each perforated plate to maintain the spacing between the laminated perforated plates in the area where each perforated plate was provided. , the distance is maintained by the protrusion. Therefore, the perforated plate does not loosen and the communication between the perforations is cut off, and the perforated perforations provided in each perforated plate can always be maintained in a state of communication through the intervals. Even if dust or the like adheres to the pores of the plate, the premixed gas can continue to be supplied to the combustion section through each hole.
