[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The invention facilitates the wiring of power lines, telephone lines, information lines, etc. to each device in computer rooms, office automation equipment rooms, etc.
The present invention relates to a wiring floor panel that can easily handle changes in the arrangement of equipment.

There is a floor panel for wiring in which the lower ends of a plurality of rectangular blocks for forming wiring grooves arranged at predetermined intervals are connected to each other to form orthogonal wiring grooves between the blocks (for example, JP-A-62 −107161
(Refer to Japanese Utility Model Application No. 52-29722). It is also known to cover the upper surface opening of the orthogonal line groove formed by laying the wiring floor panel with a cross-shaped cover plate (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 62-38024).

All of the above-mentioned known floor panels for wiring are constructed of solid blocks, so they are heavy and difficult to handle. Further, since the connecting portion between the blocks forming the bottom surface of the orthogonal wire groove is thick, the floor panel for wiring has no flexibility. Therefore, if the construction floor surface is uneven, the floor panel will not conform to the floor and will wobble or the finish will be poor.

In order to make the floor panel for wiring lighter, it is formed hollow, and one of the upper and lower sides is open, and a pair of rectangular panels with wiring grooves in the shape of a cross on the open side are placed with the open sides facing each other. A proposal is known for a floor panel in which a cross-shaped tunnel-like wiring path is formed between upper and lower hollow panels by stacking them together (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-27298).

However, although this floor panel with cross-shaped wiring grooves is lighter than the above-mentioned wiring floor panel, the lower rectangular board is laid on the floor first, and the wires are placed in the grooves to install the necessary wiring. After that, stack the upper rectangular board and secure it. In addition, when changing the wiring due to rearrangement of load equipment, remove the upper square board at the relevant location, change the wiring in the groove of the lower square board, and then install the upper square board.
It is difficult to attach and detach the lower rectangular board, and the wiring floor panel installation work efficiency is poor.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, and aims to reduce the weight of a wiring floor panel, absorb the unevenness of the construction floor surface, and improve its adhesion to the floor.

The wiring floor panel of the present invention connects the lower ends of the side surfaces of a plurality of hollow rectangular blocks for forming wiring grooves with open bottoms, which are wired at predetermined intervals, into a thin connecting part thinner than the thickness of the blocks. By connecting the two blocks with each other, an orthogonal line groove with the thin-walled connection part as the bottom is formed between adjacent blocks.
The panel is characterized in that the upper surface opening of the orthogonal line groove is covered with a cover plate so that the upper surface of the panel is made flat.

In the wiring floor panel of the present invention, the rectangular blocks for forming wiring grooves are laid on the floor with the open side facing down, and are fixed to the floor with adhesive or mortar as appropriate. The continuation of the wiring grooves forms a network of wiring grooves on the floor.

The slight unevenness of the floor surface (uneven surface) due to exposed concrete is absorbed by the flexure of the thin-walled joints that form the bottom of the wiring groove and the open bottom of each square block for forming the wiring groove, and the bottom surface of the wiring floor panel is absorbed. Make sure the entire surface is in contact with the floor.

Then, in the wiring groove that continues in the above net shape,
Communication lines such as power lines, telephone lines, and information lines are housed separately and the upper opening of the wiring groove is covered with a cross-shaped cover plate. Next, the wiring is completed and carpet tiles or other finishing material is applied to the entire upper surface of the floor panel covering the wiring grooves.

The facing holes are used to lead out and introduce electric wires and cables into the wiring groove 3 of the floor panel P, and when additional wiring or wiring changes are to be made, the holes are used to remove finishing materials such as carpet tiles at the required locations. It can also be used as a hole for hooking the tip of a finger when pulling up the cross-shaped cover plate 6, and when it is dropped into the stepped part 5 of the upper opening of the wiring groove 3, it becomes flush with the block 1. This makes it easy to remove the cross-shaped cover plate 6.

The present invention consists of a plurality of rectangular blocks arranged at predetermined intervals to form orthogonal wire grooves in a floor panel for wiring, each of which is hollow and has an open bottom surface, with the box turned upside down. Because of this, it is light and easy to transport and handle during construction, and can withstand large loads.

In addition, the connection part that forms the bottom of the wiring groove between adjacent blocks is thinner than the thickness of the blocks, making it flexible, and combined with the fact that the bottom of each block is open, the floor is made of concrete. Even if the floor panel is slightly uneven (unevenness) due to being exposed, it can absorb the unevenness and closely follow the floor surface, allowing the floor panel to adhere to the floor and giving it a good-looking finish.
