【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は、主としてコンバインに装備されて
用いられる脱穀排ワラ処理機構に係り、詳しく
は、脱穀後の排ワラを横倒れ姿勢で結束するよう

となつているが、排ワラの長さや排ワラの後処理
等に対応して前記結束長さを変更することはでき
ないものとなつていた。

株端部に作用して排ワラを穂先側へ寄せるととも
に後方へ向けて搬送する突起付きの無端回動帯を
設けるとともに、前記排ワラ結束装置の株元側の
横側部位に、前記無端回動帯で搬送されてきた排
ワラの株端をたたき揃える株揃え装置を設置し、
かつ、前記突起付きの無端回動帯及び前記株揃え
装置を排ワラ稈身方向に位置調節可能に構成して
ある点にある。

端位置は、結束装置の結束位置から所定の距離だ
け離れた位置に定まる。

排ワラ稈身方向に位置調節することで、結束長さ
を変更しての結束をも充分な株揃え状態で良好に
行うことができるようになつた。

の後方に設け、蓋体8の軸芯P1周りでの上下揺
動によつて脱穀排ワラを細断状態で放出したり、
長ワラ結束状態で圃場に立て置くことを可能にし
たコンバイン用の脱穀排ワラ処理機構を構成して

動ローラ9の軸芯9a周りに揺動可能にするとと
もに、この連結フレーム11の揺動支点側に固着
されたリンク13と操縦部(図外)のレバー14
とをプツシユプルワイヤWで連係して操作機構を
構成し、該レバー14を揺動することによつて無
端回動帯12を前記軸芯9a周りで揺動調整して
搬送作用面を排ワラ稈身方向に位置変更できるよ

をたたき揃え乍らパツカー17によつてドア18
側へ掻き込んだ後に結束し、後方に延設してある
搬送放出装置7によつて圃場に立姿勢のまま落下
