<考案が解決しようとする問題点> ところで、前記の収納容器(第9図)において

(第10図)においても同様に、回転しつつ嵌合
させ、且つ接着材の単価と固着する手間、それに
接着材の乾燥に時間がかかる等という問題があつ
た。一方、前記の収納容器の外形寸法はJIS規格
で統一してあり、従来のグロー放電管、コンデン
サの実装ならば十分に収納できる内部容積である
が、電子スタータ装置等には多くの電子部品を高
密度実装するため内部容積が小さいという難点が
ある。さらに螢光灯の始動時高圧パルス電圧はラ
ンプ出力によつて異なるが約800〜3000V発生す
る。そこで電子スタータ等の高密度実装の各部品
にも高電圧が印加されてなり、従つて収納容器の
ものは絶縁紙があつたとしても上記高圧バルス電
圧が放電して危険であると同時に高湿度場所等
(例えば螢光灯による冷凍シヨーケースの照明、
雨期等)に使用する際、耐絶縁性がなく全く不向
きである。また上記の樹脂容器のような回転して
嵌合するものは高密度実装した電子部品が回転挿
入する際にこじれて部品相互が導通接触してスタ
ータ機能を破壊してしまうという問題があつた。
また一方、電子スタータ化にともなつて性能向上
(例えば瞬時始動特性、使用温度特性等)と斬新
な意匠が求められ、従来のような単なる略円柱形
状の意匠では商品性に欠け、且つ付加価値が加え
られないという欠点があり、本願が対象とする高
密度実装した瞬時スタータ装置を収納する容器と
して不向きである等の問題があつた。

光灯器具内に設けられたスタータソケツトへの回
転圧着取り付け時において、収納容器と端子板の
回転防止として役立つている。

に斬新な意匠であつても金型製作が容易且つ成型
時の作業性向上と樹脂成形条件等によるヒケ(窪
み)がなくせ、しかも樹脂容器のために電気的な
耐絶縁性を考慮せずに安価で商品性に富んだ螢光
灯用瞬時スタータ装置の収納容器が提供できるこ
とになり技術的課題は解決されるに至るのであ
る。
