装置が同第1の搬送装置上に待機している未加硫
タイヤ部材の前端部を保持、搬送し、成形ドラム
の円筒外周面に渡して、回転する同成形ドラムが
未加硫タイヤ部材の巻付けを開示する。一方、第
2の搬送装置は一旦元の位置に戻り、次には、同
未加硫タイヤ部材の後端部を保持、搬送して、成
形ドラムに渡す。このときまでに同未加硫タイヤ
部材が成形ドラムの円筒外周面に巻付けられて、
同未加硫タイヤ部材の前後端部間に僅かの隙間が
形成されるが、このとき、位置決め用押え金具が
未加硫タイヤ部材の前端部を成形ドラムの方向へ
押付け、また同第2の搬送装置が成形ドラムと協
同して同後端部を前端部の方向に引つ張り、同前
端部に突き合わせ状態に接合して、巻付け完了す
るので、経験の浅い者でも未加硫タイヤ部材の前
後端部を容易に突き合わせ接合できる。また品質
及び作業能率を向上できる効果がある。

送装置と、上記接合時に未加硫タイヤ部材の前端
部を成形ドラム方向に押付けて同前端部の位置決
めを行う位置決め用押え金具とを具えていること
を特徴とした未加硫タイヤ部材の巻付・成形装
置。
