(Prior art) Sewn gloves using waterproof fabrics such as natural leather or synthetic leather include ski gloves, motorcycle gloves, golf gloves, etc., but in these conventional sewn gloves, the fabric is not attached to the seams. There are small gaps such as edge joints and thread insertion holes.

By the way, when wearing gloves, the inside of the gloves may become damp due to sweat from the surface of the hands.
This type of sewn glove has the effect of allowing moisture generated inside the glove to be naturally released from minute gaps in the seams.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in conventional sewn gloves, there are minute gaps in the seams as described above, so if the outer surface of the glove gets wet, for example, with rainwater, the water will leak into the seams. There was a problem in that it could penetrate inside the glove through tiny particles.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides sewing gloves made of waterproof fabric such as natural leather or synthetic leather, in which the edges of the glove fabric are sewn together so that the seams are exposed on the outside of the glove. The back side of the seam is lined with a waterproof and breathable material that prevents the passage of water but allows the passage of steam.

(Function) In the sewn gloves of the present invention, the back side of the seam part is lined with a waterproof and breathable material, so water adhering to the outer surface of the glove can be absorbed between minute gaps in the seam part (fabric edge joints and threads). This prevents the gloves from entering the inside of the glove through the insertion hole, etc.). In addition, the stitched part on the back side of the seam is designed to block the passage of water but allow the passage of steam, providing both waterproof and moisture permeable functions. Furthermore, since the seam portion is sewn so as to protrude to the outer surface of the glove, there is almost no unevenness caused by the seam on the back side of the seam portion.

(Effects of the invention) The sewn gloves of this invention are sewn with waterproof fabric and the back of the seams are lined with a waterproof and breathable material, so water can be prevented from entering through the fabric and seams. , the entire surface of even sewn gloves can be completely waterproof. In addition, even if the glove is completely waterproof, the above-mentioned lined part has moisture permeability, so the moisture inside the glove can be passed through the minute gaps between the lined part and the seams to the outside. It can be released naturally. Furthermore, since the edges of the fabric are sewn together so that the seams are exposed on the outside of the glove, there is almost no unevenness caused by the seams on the inside of the glove. This has the effect that the seams do not touch the hand, making it more comfortable to wear.

The sewn gloves shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are made by cutting waterproof fabric such as natural leather or synthetic leather by a conventional method, and stitching the edges 1a and 1a of each glove fabric 1 and 1 so that the seam 2 is It is made by suturing it so that it comes out on the outside.

Fig. 3 shows a cross-section of the finger portion of the glove shown in Fig. 1, and seam 2 is formed by two glove fabrics (in the case of Fig. 3, the finger back material or the finger sole material and the gusset material).
It is formed by sewing the end edges 1a, 1a of the gloves 1, 1 together so that they bulge toward the outer surface of the glove. In each of the two seams, there is a small gap formed by a joint between the edges of the fabric, a thread insertion hole, etc., and if left as it is, water will pass through the small gap.

The back side of each of these two seams is lined with a waterproof and breathable material 3. The waterproof and moisture-permeable material used for this covering is, for example, a Teflon-based (or fluorine-based) moisture-permeable material called Gore-Tex (product name: Japan Go-Tex Co., Ltd.). This waterproof and breathable material (product name: GORE-TEX) has the property of increasing its adhesive properties when heated, and after being applied to the back of the seam, it is heated with hot air or iron (preferably, it is crimped together with heating). (preferably), the two seam portions can be stitched from the back side.
In addition, in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the reference numeral 4 is as follows:
This is a rubber for tightening the wrist, and since the rubber 4 is attached to the inner surface of the fabric by stitching (thread insertion holes are made in the fabric), the waterproof and breathable material 3 is also attached to the rubber attachment part from the back side of the fabric. has been attached.

In the sewn gloves of this embodiment, the glove fabrics 1, 1 are waterproof, and the back side of the fabric seams (seams) 2 is lined with a waterproof and moisture-permeable material 3, so that the entire surface of the gloves is covered. It is completely waterproof, and even if the outer surface of the glove gets wet, for example, with rainwater, water will not enter the glove. In addition, the padded part (code 3) on the back of the seam has a moisture-permeable material, so even if the inside of the glove becomes damp due to sweating of the hands, the moisture is absorbed by the padding material (waterproof and breathable material). It is released to the outside through minute gaps (fabric joints and thread insertion holes) between the seams 3 and 2.

In addition, since the seam 2 part is sewn so as to bulge out to the outside of the glove, there is almost no unevenness on the inside of the glove due to the stitching, and the waterproof and breathable material 3
This makes it easier to stitch the gloves, and the seams do not touch the hands when wearing the gloves, making them feel better when worn. In this example, only the epidermis is a single layer, but if it is used for skiing, for example,
A heat insulating material or lining material may be provided inside to form a multilayer structure.
